Medina Baya, stay
Pros:

The whole thing about this place. The staff are very respectful, highly welcoming, and provide exceptional customer services. On my check-in day, the lady was very helpful and provided choices of payment options with friendliness. The day I was leaving, I really wanted to tip her good, but I could remember her name, and it was very early morning, like 5:45 AM.
The hotel is a high standard hotel, very clean and leavable. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to Kaolack Senegal.

None. I would be honest that there's nothing wrong with this place from my point of view

Boutique family owned/run hotel and we would stay there again.
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The room, facilities including spa, the food were all great. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed talking with all the staff who are a credit to Joy, the owner.
