Pros:

Lokatie van het hotel, bed was goed.

Cons:

Dat alles gedateerd was, hotel is duidelijk toe aan een metamorfose/opfrisbeurt. Douche was verouderd, douchebak was bijv bruin van kalkaanslag. Tapijt in de gangen zaten vol vlekken.

Voor de prijs, hadden wij wel wat meer gemoderniseerd en schone hotel verwacht.

Het lijkt erop dat hun parkeergelegenheid ook aan particulieren wordt verhuurd, want bij aankomst hadden wij geen parkeergelegenheid (je kon ook niet reserveren) . Dat is eventueel wel een gemiste kans dat je nee moet verkopen aan je gasten, die toch op de 1ste plek moeten komen te staan mbt parkeren ipv particulieren.

L accueil impeccable d un réceptionniste à notre arrivée et pendant le séjour. L emplacement idyllique et le charme de l hôtel.

Pros:

Room was very large, with a comfortable (but very large) bed. View from window was not very good, but it was quiet. It was nice to have drink-making facilities in the room.

Cons:

Some confusion over booking breakfasts. It was not clear when booking that the price did not include breakfast.

Cons:

Completement decati et tout l equipement (serviettes, set cafe....) bas de gamme. Les 4* n y sont pas. A 160 euros la nuis vraiment regrettable.

Pas de machine à expresso dans les chambres et impossibilitè d en obtenir. Pour un hotel 4 ètoiles, c est prendre de de soin d un client règulier.

Location, most staff, comfortable bed, nice bar and service, most staff friendly and helpful.

I booked 2 of the same rooms- one for my 35 yr old son and one for myself and husband.
The rooms were quite different. My son’s room had curtains falling off (impacted negatively on sleep catch up after 23 hr flight from Australia), dirty carpet, generally a Dingley uncared for room.
Our room was bright, good curtains and cleaner.
When my son politely explained his request for a room change the staff member continued to say he didn’t understand. Eventually offered a room change after housekeeping but it didn’t eventuate.
Next day was a repeat.
On third day I spoke to front desk- same staff member and requested a room change. His system reported no rooms available but I found an upgraded room on booking.com. After a lot of respectful ‘back and forth’ between us, he was offered a downgraded room. I didn’t accept and suggested the upgraded room as compensation. Eventually my son was given an upgraded room for 2/4 nights. It was a great room.

Il fait fort chaud dans les chambres, manque d'aération et airco non disponible à cette période (on nous a qd même fourni un ventilateur)

Carte bar limitée > manque offre de bières traditionnelles
