רוקסנה קיבלה את כל בקשתנו בחיוך רחב, מקצועיות ואכפתיות. ביקשנו לשדרג את החדר והיא עשתה מעל ומעבר כדי שנרגיש במלון כמו בבית, טיפלה בכל בקשה שלנו במהירות ובנעימות יוצא דופן.
אין ספק שהיא הפנים היפות של המלון שלכם, והיא בהחלט תרמה לכך שנרצה לחזור ולהתארח אצלכם שוב.
אשמח אם תעבירו לה את תודתנו העמוקה.

ממליצה וצוות ביום ובערב מאוד נחמד.
Pros:

צוות מאוד נעים, סך הכול מיקום טוב ו-5 דק הליכה בערך ממלון מלכת שבא.
עיצוב מאוד יפה ואלגנטי..
ממליצה ותמורה אחלה למחיר!

Cons:

מעלית מאוד איטית…
וגם אי אפשר לשים מזגן על חום.
המרפסת גם מאוד קטנה ואין מספיק מחיצה בין החדרים - כך שאפשר לראות גם את השכנים וקצת לא נעים.

Cons:

יש בערך 5 חניות לכל אורחי המלון. כל החניות הקרובות למלון כחול לבן והמלון לא נותן פתרון אלא לשלם במהלך כל השהות על חניית הרכב בכחול לבן

מיקום מצוין, הצוות מאוד אדיב, ארוחת בוקר מצוינת - ממליצה
Pros:

מיד לאחר ההזמנה קיבלתי הודעה בוואטס אפ עם פניה אלי לבקשות מיוחדות.
הגעתי למלון מוקדם מהשעה המתוכננת, אמרו שינסו להקדים שעת מתן חדר, תוך חצי שעה יצרו עימי קשר שהחדר שלי מוכן.
במהלך היום התקשרו לברר ששלומי טוב והכל לשביעות רצוני
ביקשתי שמיכה ותוך 5 דקות הביאו, הייתה תקלה עם הכספת תוך 5 דקות הגיעו לתקן

Cons:

הזמנתי חדר עם מרפסת, לא היה מצוין גודל המרפסת, בפועל היא הייתה קטנטנה ולכן לא באמת שימושית. חשוב לציין כבר בתיאור החדר מה גודל המרפסת.
לא היה ארון לשים בגדים
היה נחמד אם היה אפשרות לתליה של בגדים לייבוש במקלחון (חוט נשלף מהקיר)
בבריכה כמעט ולא היה צל, היו שימשיות אבל כולן היו סגורות.
השחיה בבריכה כבר הייתה סגורה בחמש.
