Location and the iconic feeling
Constant music from 7.30 AM until 2 AM.
Our kids would have loved it. We are in our 60’s …..
Everything is right there, dining, bar, pool, nice hot hot tub
The beds need updating for how much you pay to stay here. There was a scum around the hot tub by midday that was clean the next day but wondered why it hadn’t been cleaned before. The lounge chairs while cute were not very comfy
Location
The hotel is old, the rooms are old and haven't been renovated in years, they never clean the room during my stay, the pool staff was rude and they wanted to charged us $150 for a chair by the pool even though we were staying in the premises.
Easy to get around, close to downtown, pool staff very friendly.
It felt like a summer camp/ daycare. When booking I didn’t realize it wasn’t a 21+ hotel. The amount of kids ruined my pool/relaxation experience.
Lagen herum.
Atmosfera
La prima non hanno pulito la camera
The pool was lovely, the room was well-appointed, and the hotel was only about 10 min away from downtown by car.
The mod/midcentury decor felt on-brand for Palm Springs.
I was surprised that coffee on-site cost $10, the same cost as parking my car in the lot overnight.
I also wish that some of the more comfortable seats by the pool could be used without paying an additional fee.
I wouldn't call it walkable.
Pools, separate for adults and kids
Great property
This is a place you go to for the pool—the hotel itself feels more like glamping, but the pool is so much fun. It’s large, warm, and has a great adjacent jacuzzi that makes it even more relaxing. The front desk staff was also lovely and very helpful, assisting me in finding a great room that made my stay even better.
The room could benefit from better cleaning and would be improved with basic amenities like a coffee maker and complimentary water.
Great location within Palm Springs. Good diner attached to the property.
Many mechanical problems including air conditioning and lights. Very poor guest support. No one available to assist with problems beyond business hours. My invoice was incorrect and I was met with indifference to my request for help.
Genuinely terrible hotel do not waste your money here
The staff continuously lie to get you to not raise any concerns. The music is insanely loud all day. The sneaky charges on the bill are absurd
Great location! The ace is a Palm Springs staple :)
Noisy at night if you’re staying around the swim club area. Rooms are good- a little small and stuffy. I know they had a remodel but I’m not sure if it was every building on the property.
Amazing staff, food, pool vibes and perfect for a desert vacay!
