I’ve been to this property 8 times at least
Location wise it’s great but every time I go back it just feels so tired
You can’t use the pool FRI SAT or SUN IF you have kids ? This is a new rule and it’s hugely poor, you’re paying for the “ swim club “ but you only get half the amenities - yet they are the most expensive nights ???
We were given 3 free passes to Palm Springs surf club as compensation which was kind (thank you Jono ) but the pssses do not work … FRI SAT OR SUN …
A black coffee is $10 ??
Across the street it’s $4.50
I get it if the hotel was so beautiful but honestly the amount of hair. Pimple patches and tissues floating in the pool are just really really poor.
The staff are great, I think they are doing a good job trying to make the place still fun, but honestly this place is tired and I don’t think the new management cares
It's a nice place. Nice pool good food good coffee spot.
So my girlfriend and I stayed August 17 and checked out August 19 on our last night at around 2:30 in the morning. Someone opened our door and went into our room. I immediately was awake in fright and thinking this was a break-in, but the person said that they had given him the wrong key!
This happened the second time a few minutes later where I knocked on the door to tell the person to stop and then again a third time when he yelled back, "so sorry this is a mistake from the front desk. They keep giving me the wrong key."upon checkout that morning at 11 AM. We asked the front desk to see if there's anything we can do and there was nothing that could be done. The only thing that was reversed was a $50 service room charge for that day which was not acceptable I have submitted a claim for at least a day to be refunded, which I'm hoping is reviewed and acknowledged. I also do hope that there are learning opportunities for the front desk to ensure that this does not happen to any other person as this could have been worse.
The vibe is fantastic, the staff are lovely. Really helpful and so kind. Lovely pool.
Good food offerings. Happy hour in the week. Great DJ’s at the weekends. Lots of fun!
The pool is lovely but gets very busy during Fri, Sat, Sun - lots of day guests come in as there are DJ’s. I was a bit concerned about how clean the pool was especially as it’s open 6am to 2am. The room was lovely, cool tent like vibe. You have to request a clean if you want it done daily, floor of room doesn’t get mopped so is a bit dirty. The lovely room service staff will swap your towels though if you just ask for new ones. Location a bit off the main strip but on site restaurants and bars offering great pool side or diner breakfast, brunch and dinner offerings to suit everyone.
The property was so aesthetically pleasing, we had a great time everything was very clean.
The pool is lovely - as always - and the location of the hotel is incredible. The pool(s) are great - despite them no longer allowing kids in the "main" pool, like before. The food is still delicious too.
The pricing was insane this year - we have gone many times and this was wild. The photobooth also didn't work, which is a bummer, but not the hotel's fault. Kids aren't allowed in the main pool Friday - Sunday and there is a $100 pet fee that we weren't aware of upfront. Having gone before, this ended up being the most expensive trip solely due to the pool food cost(s). It was disappointing.
Great location. Helpful staff
Pool music is usually loud. Made it difficult to relax there during the afternoon.
Large beautiful property and nice rooms.
Diner was stupidly expensive.
The location to our event. All staff, bar, reception, restaurant were so kind and helpful. Our room was clean and loved where it waa facing the pool.
I wasn't sure what the resort fee included and the pool water just a little too warm.
The property was nice and clean.
That they had people there that didn't have a room there so the pool was so full you couldn't get in.
la piscina está muy bien, ambiente muy animado con música.
no tiene incluido el desayuno
Clean and fun entertainment
