The facilities were all right, basic but expected for boracay. Price were way too high.
I booked the double private room as 1 guest and the second day they forced me to sign a paper where any additional guest after 9 pm I was forced to pay 600 pesos extras. I have never seen that in 6 years of extensive travelling...why would I book a private double room as a single traveller if I don't plan to bring a romantic guest for the night? That's a scam.
The inside of the property was nice. The hotel is white & blue. Bohemian style of the decor.
Hard to find & a lot of sketchy alleyways you have to walk through. Not good to walk to, especially if it's raining & dark. The property manager had to come get us & show us how to get to the property.
It was very nice
The location was terrible... They never gave clean towels... If you wanted fresh towels, they charged 150 php each. Or you had to pay to wash the towels... they would turn off the water each day and when you got back from the ocean you couldn't take a shower. No water....no blankets on the beds, only a very thin sheet...
Clean and complete amenities
The staff were great. We rented the upstairs family unit: swings were great. The kitchen was nice for cooking. Lots of space for our group. Very clean.
Would definitely stay again!
Not as a dislike, but from apersonal note: Could use some hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom shower.
Locks on sliding doors were not working,.
Tiles could use a bit of repair as some broken, moving and sharp corners, and extremely slippery when wet.
Some towels in the kitchen for dishes.
Pillows could use some upgrading
Bed very comfortable. Had a fridge. Location was quiet but very close to the beach and nightlife. Bars, restaurants and tour guides to book day trips very close.
Photos on booking.com and what it’s like aren’t exactly the same. There are a few dark alleyways getting to the property which single female travellers might find intimidating if returning at night.
Great location, spacious, and perfect for young groups!
There are steep and slippery stairs. I wouldn't recommend the rooftop to older people or people with weak knees. You need to climb four flights of stairs to get there.
