UN DIA DEL PADRE MUY ESPECIAL
Pros:

Las cabañas súper originales y comodas , nos quedamos en las de abajo las que están dentro del parque y es una experiencia que merece la pena vivirla.
El baño y las camas me sorprendieron para bien , los colchones muy cómodos y el plato de ducha muy amplio.
Los empleados del parque son muy agradables y serviciales , todos te ayudan .
El seguridad de la noche muy amable y hace muy bien su trabajo ,
Y una chica que no recuerdo su nombre que estaba por la tarde tanto el 19 como el 20 en el bar barbacoa fue súper amable contestó todas las preguntas y nos ayudo un montón.
Los animales yo los veo bien cuidados y el sitio es muy grande y todo muy limpio.
Por el precio que me costó lo vi muy bien todo lo que entraba , la habitación , dos días de parque , el safari que fue espectacular y las dos mujeres que lo hicieron muy simpáticas y amables, El desayuno y el parking.

Cons:

Muchas cuestas jajaja pero me imagino que tiene que ser así.
El tema de los horarios del safari no me gustó mucho pero entiendo que tiene que ser así , tuve que dejar la habitación antes porque tenía el horario del safari a las 12 y llegar hasta allí eta un rato.

Pros:

La ubicación dentro del parque era buena, tenía puntos de carga para coches, buena explanada para aparcar.

Cons:

Sentimos el parque un poco descuidado, las habitaciones también, en especial el baño, la ducha y la mampara estaban rotas, las mosquiteras también y entraban mosquitos, la habitación olía a húmedo o cerrado..

El acceso para poder bajar al parque te ponen 24 horas un conductor por si necesitas subir o bajar

La cama fatal muy incomoda y el sofa y hacía muchísimo ruido necesita un cambio urgentemente

Estupendo para la familia
Pros:

A pesar de estar fuera y lejos del parque, había un coche que te subía y te bajaba sin más coste.

Cons:

Nos toco un día un poco lluvioso y no había marquesinas donde refugiarnos de la lluvia mientras esperábamos el coche que nos llevaba de nuevo al parque

The facilities were very good, lovely views. The bed was comfortable and although we had an extra blanket, I was still cold.
The shower pressure was good with hot water.
Breakfast was varied and plenty of choice.
Saw all the animals who looked well looked after. Good to home when it wasnt too hot.

Cons:

I came here 5 years ago and it really has gone downhill. Very dirty, rubbish everywhere. Looking very tired everywhere. Needs a good paint all round.

En villa zulú jardinería descuidada desde nuestra cabaña num 3 no se veía el mar porque no han cortado los arbustos. Todo el parque edificado a su alrededor por la especulación em Estepona parece la urbanización de los edificios de alrededor. Podrían poner comida más elaborada y menos patatas en el restaurante.

Cons:

The food, there are 2 restaurants offering fast food, not healthy. Breakfast is made of ham and cheese, bread and sweets. Nothing nourishing, also you cannot serve yourself, you have to speak what you like and they serve you, counting the pieces (we were 2 adults+ 3 kids, we received 5 pieces of bread etc)
Also, the house where we slept was prepared for 4 guests although we paid for 5. Had to ask for a towel, sheets, pillow, soap for 1 more. Asked twice because the first time I was asked to search better.
At checkout, I left the key inside at 11h30 and left the room for the safari scheduled at 12h. During the safari, I was called like 5 times to be asked about the key, because I didn't leave it at the reception (it wasn't quite close distance), without bothering to check the room.
Also, the space for animals was too small, I felt sorry for them.
