Everything that this hotel advertised as having was a complete lie. I booked this stay for my honeymoon as it said it had an in house spa, restaurant, gym, etc. Absolutely none of that was the case. It was an unfinished nightmare of a building covered in dust and torn down walls. My room also had a leaking pipe from the ceiling. If I could give this zero stars I would.
They were doing renovations which made me uncomfortable and not in accordance with the conditions of my booking. , very disappointed.

Place is perfect for what I expected. Simple, 24hr security, massage in hotel, clean, breakfast is amazing with personal chefs cooking omelettes and different Vietnamese noodle soups daily, walking distance to Cho An Đồng, parking for mopeds with 24-hr access, every Vietnam experience is walking distance. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is huge and clean. Can take a taxi to D1 in 10 mins. Everyone at the hotel is friendly.
My stay was 12 days at this hotel, not a dollar was stolen.
This is not a 5-star hotel. It is expected as the price is very affordable. Walls are a little thin, can hear my neighbor on a conference call. Mosquito bites are common. Some banging in the morning (hotel is still under construction). Everything should be remedied after one year. All in all, 4/5 stars for the experience.

The property is still under construction. They also put me in a room with no windows so please be warned that some of the rooms don’t have any windows at all and it’s not properly labeled on the booking as such. The massage was also very lackluster. I regret booking this place. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. The breakfast was just okay and service was not very good compared to other hotels I stayed at in Vietnam. I don’t recommend. The shower also flooded and took a long time to drain.
