Bon séjour mais notre chambre n’était pas optimale
Pros:

La localisation était exceptionnelle, en plein cœur de Sultanhamet et à 2 pas du Bosphore. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié tous les jours, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les toits d’Istanbul et le Bosphore.

Cons:

La propreté dans notre chambre était passable. Par contre, notre chambre donnait directement sur la réception au rez-de-chaussée et n’était pas du tout insonorisée : résultat, même en pleine nuit on entend tout ce qu’il se passe (et ce, malgré des boules quies 🥲).

Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

Speaking about my stay at the hotel I would use words exceptional and perfect. Being in the down town, very close to Hagia Sophia and Topkapi palace, the hotel is located in a very quiet place. The personnel is really nice and supportive, the room is cozy. It is a perfect hotel for visitors who like to stay in places with local features enjoying modern comfort.

I have some food limitations, the breakfast was not ideal

Everything was perfect. The room was cleaned daily and the breakfast had several options. The location is ideal to explore the most important locations on foot or by tram/bus

Pros:

Super emplacement pour visiter le côté européen d'Istanbul. Le personnel est extrêmement chaleureux. Le buffet du petit déjeuner se fait sur le toit terrasse, la vue sur le Bosphore est magnifique. Une partie couverte, l'autre en plein air, avec des petites tables recouvertes de nappes rouges à carreaux...on se croirait à la maison. Le buffet est copieux et varié, les gâteaux sont super bons !
Nous étions dans la chambre famille, grande chambre agréable, rien à dire sur la literie qui était parfaite.
L'hôtel est calme.. station de tram à côté ! Je recommande !

Pros:

Cómodo, limpio, lindo, bien ubicado, buena atención

Cons:

No tiene ascensor aunque no me molesta son solo tres pisos y ayudan a subir la maleta, la cocina del desayuno es en el mismo sitio donde se come y se queda impregnado el olor de la fritura, pero en general todo bien

Cons:

La ubicacion esta genial, cerca de todo para poder ir andando, fueron muy amables con nosotros y nos explicaron todo genial.Las habitaciones muy comodas y el servicio perfecto. Si volvemos repetimos seguro.

Pros:

Ein kleines Hotel mit Charakter in absoluter Top-Lage – sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Zu Fuß sind es gerade mal 5 Minuten bis zur Blauen Moschee oder Hagia Sophia. Dort fährt auch die Straßenbahn quer durch Istanbul. Eine Bahnstation ist 5 Minuten entfernt.
Das Familienzimmer ist traditionell eingerichtet und mit einer Kaffeeecke ausgestattet.
Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und das gesamte Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Лучшее расположение, уютный отель👍
Pros:

Расположение самое лучшее. Все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Дворец султанов, Айя-София, Голубая мечеть, Гюльхане парк. Завтраки сытные. Персонал самый отзывчивый. На все просьбы реагировали быстро и во всем помогали. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство!

Pros:

Esans is a very nice and cozy hotel that is conveniently located in a quiet area in Sultanhamet. All major tourist attractions are just a short walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable (great mattresses!) and breakfast is quite rich, with a good selection of home-made goodies.
