An excellent place to stay in Brussels.
Pros:

Great location, short walk from the Grand Place and Brussels Central Station. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room and bed were comfortable and bathroom had a full size bath. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was well presented. An excellent place to stay in Brussels.

Lovely, clean, very good location
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. Great location. Breakfast was delicious. It was hot outside and the air con was a lifesaver! I would come again even though this hotel is on the pricier side. We ended up here because everything cheaper was already booked, haha! :D

Cons:

We couldn't really figure out how to adjust the aircon. That's probably on us. We are not used to having such luxuries. Also the water kettle didn't work. They did offer to come and check it, but I was too busy to care about it, so it never got fixed.

Suspicion de punaise de lit

Le personnel lors de mon check-in etaient très sympathiques

Cons:

Lors de mon séjour, j’ai découvert sur le lit un insecte pouvant être une punaise de lit. J’ai immédiatement signalé la situation à la réception. L’hôtel m’a alors attribué une autre chambre et m’a informée qu’une société spécialisée procéderait à une inspection de la chambre concernée.
Le soir même, j’ai envoyé un e-mail à l’hôtel afin d’obtenir une confirmation écrite de l’incident ainsi qu’une copie du rapport d’inspection annoncé. À ce jour, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. Même pas un accusé de réception.
Au-delà de l’incident lui-même, j’aurais apprécié une communication plus attentive et plus proactive de la part de l’hôtel. J’aurais notamment attendu qu’une personne me contacte après les faits pour prendre de mes nouvelles, m’informer de la suite donnée à la situation et me rassurer.
J’ai également eu le sentiment que la gravité de la situation était minimisée. Devoir changer de chambre seule à 22 heures a été une expérience particulièrement stressante, sans véritable accompagnement ni soutien.
Par mesure de précaution, je n’ai pas osé rapporter ma valise ni mes effets personnels chez moi afin d’éviter tout risque de contamination. Cette situation m’a occasionné beaucoup d’inquiétude, de contraintes et de désagréments.
J’attends d’un hôtel de cette catégorie une communication transparente, de l’empathie et une gestion professionnelle lorsqu’un incident de ce type survient.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist gross genug und alles ist da (Kaffe, Waser etc..). Alles sieht gut auss und das Bett ist gemütlich. Das Frustück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Ich könnte die Klimaanlage nicht ausschallten. Die Schränke rochen etwas muffig.

This place was perfect.
We came to Brussels for the BTS concert, and there was not many hotels left to book. We didn't know much about the hotel but ended up in a PERFECT location.
It is 2 minutes walk from the Train and Metro station. Its right in the center by and many many restaurants.. BTS members even walked around that area!
Perfect location.
The stuff was so nice and welcoming, and helped with everything.
The breakfast was great, and I usually don't bother with breakfasts in hotels, but this one was very varied..
The rooms are clean, comfortable beds. AC, which is essential in the summer.

Only thing I can say is that some of the sockets in the room didn't work, but beside that, everything great

We arrived by Train and it’s a two minute walk to the hotel. Nice lobby and rooms. Great central location for walking. Allowed an early check in as room was available.
