Straßenseitige Zimmer etwas laut, nicht gut funktionierende Temperaturregulierung (zu heiß), Matratze etwas zu hart und unergonomische prall gefüllte Polster in quadratischem Format.

La baignoire n’était pas fonctionnelle car le bouchon ne fonctionnait pas complètement et l’eau s’écoulait seule. De plus, une boîte de nuit se trouve juste en face et m’a empêché de dormir jusqu’à 5/6 heure du matin.

Centrally located hotel with amazing cocktail bar
Pros:

The location near Central Station was perfect, and only a short walk to the main square with many food and drink options nearby. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious. The reception staff were exceptional , delighted to have a room available when arriving before usual check in time.
Roof top cocktail bar was fab and served the best cocktails of our entire trip!

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, not sure it was worth the 25 euros per person price.

Half shower door means water sprays everywhere when you shower. The tea maker didn’t plug in where it was stored so you had to move it. No regular coffee in the room, only decaf

Séjour Anniversaire. Merci à Mathieu pour l'organisation d'une fête d'anniversaire. Les chambres étaient belles.

Le fait que malgré la promesse de pouvoir utiliser la salle de fête réservée pour 300€ on nous a demandé de quitter la salle. Mais tous les convives ont aimé la fête

Centrale ligging, ok ontbijt maar erg kleine kamers
Pros:

Ontbijt was ok, uitgebreid maar bvb geen verse omelet of andere dingen die door een kok klaargemaakt worden op het moment zelf. Personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijtruimte enkel te bereiken via trapjes, moeilijk voor mensen met beperkte mobiliteit. De badkamer was gerenoveerd, en de douche was comfortabel met aangename waterstraal. Voldoende zeep, shampoo, bodylotion in grote flacons maar bvb geen oorstokjes of ontschminkingsdoekjes. Voldoende keuze uit TV & radio kanalen. Matras ok, maar geen keuzemogelijkheid uit verschillende kopkussens.

Cons:

Kamers waren klein, onmogelijk om 2 valiezen open te laten in de kamer. Wij reisden met 4 valiezen = kamer was echt veel te klein. Gemeld dat er 1 stopcontact niet werkte bij aankomst aan housekeeping, maar dit werd nooit gerepareerd. Ook vreemd systeem dat niet toeliet om telefoon op te laden als alle lichten uit waren? Er waren geen hotelslippers, geen papieren zakdoekjes in de kamer, maar die werden nadien wel gebracht door housekeeping.
