Cons:

This hotel is very old, and the rooms have absolutely no soundproofing. You can hear every noise from outside and from other rooms, which makes the stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing.

They also charge a €50 deposit for no valid reason, especially when there is nothing valuable in the room. It honestly feels like a way to take your money. I was clearly assured that the deposit would be refunded, but they never returned it. Be very careful, and if you stay here, make sure to pay the deposit in cash.
