The staff is world-class!
Pros:

The location is unbeatable; it takes less than 2 minutes to reach Sultanahmet Square on foot. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and starting the day with that stunning terrace view was the highlight of our trip. However, what truly makes this place special is the staff. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel was spotless, and you can tell they take cleanliness very seriously. Having a secure parking spot in such a central area was also a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

It was great, I highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The location was great and the breakfast very delicious. The staff was wonderfull e.g. Mrs Eatma, Mr. Murab and Kadir. Everyone was very helpful, I can't remember their names anymore.
Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel.

Pros:

Simpatia dos funcionários e cordialidade de todos . Nunca me depareis com tanta preocupação em atender bem os hóspedes. Parabéns por toda equipe. Além disso, merece destaque o ROOFTOP do hotel. Sem dúvida o melhor da cidade.

Cons:

Do barulho da cama. A pesar de não ser numa cama desconfortável, fazia muito baralho quando precisava mudar de posição.

Perfect Location and Turkish Hospitality
Pros:

Our breakfast was included in our rate, and we have never seen anything like it. More than 2 dozen items were presented, it carried us the entire day!

The Seven Hills Hitel is a great place to stay and feel welcome in Istanbul
Pros:

The staff were terrific especially Mahsun who was also kind and had a good sense of humour.
The breakfast spread was enormous and delicious simply wonderful
The hotel’s location overlooking the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque spectacular day and night and so much was within a few minutes walk
Great introduction to Turkey and wonder hospitality
Awesome representatives of the culture

Cons:

When we arrived the heat was off in our room and our room was cold and the staff didn’t check if it was working beforehand
The wonderful breakfast started a bit late for taking in tours of the area
