Pros:

The location and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The door to the bathroom was not closing properly. There was a lingering bad smell coming out of the vent during the day.

Pros:

Готель залишив у нас надзвичайно приємні враження. Він розташований у самому серці історичного району Султанахмет. Номери були затишними, чистими й комфортними, а персонал майже став нашою родиною.Дуже привітні люди уважні і завжди готові допомогти. Окрема подяка нашій покоївці Aylin. Щоранку на нас чекав смачний турецький сніданок.

Pros:

very nice and helpful staff, great turkish breakfest, very nice view of Hagia sofia from our room (but it was under scaffolding) , sightseeing terrase

Cons:

The terrace show with seagulls catching food from a fork unfortunately makes it unusable for visitors who are afraid of birds or their freely falling droppings.

部屋を選ぶことが大切です。

ロケーション最高！！！

Cons:

安いプランを選んだからか、壁掛けテレビのコンセントを挿すために、テレビを持ち上げて挿す必要があった。ポットの電源コードを挿せるコンセントがない。冷蔵庫は効かない。お湯も調整がうまくいかない。お客様用の部屋ではなかったのかな。気分が下がってしまい、このホテルの名物、屋上レストランに行く気が起きなかった。冷房は良く効き、清潔だったし、スタッフも丁寧でフレンドリー。部屋選びを間違えないで下さい。

Erste Wahl in Istanbul!!!

Dieses Hotel und insbesondere die Mitarbeiter sind umwerfend! Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen und während unseres Aufenthalts bedient, das war wirklich außergewöhnlich! Von der Organisation von Ausflügen und Führungen bis hin zum Service auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick war alles perfekt! Wir haben uns wirklich willkommen und zu Hause gefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!

An excellent place to stay in Istanbul
Pros:

Excellent location and walking distance to most sights. We visited the first week in June, 2026. Our room was large with plenty storage, very clean and orderly. Large standing shower with excellent water pressure. They provided in-room tea and coffee and 2 bottles of water daily.

They assisted us with laundry service which was very helpful as we were on an extended vacation.

Bed was super comfortable with 4 plush pillows.

The rooftop restaurant is pricey (twice the price of regular restaurants) with a fabulous view of the Blue Mosque which justifies the price in my mind!

All together we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and it met our requirements.

Cons:

Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was 25 euros per person. We decided not to do that!
