Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Pulizia impeccabile. Cibo molto curato. Quantità equilibrate. Scelta sempre molto varia. Buona l'idea di servire lo Schüttelbrot a pezzetti! Personale gentile e molto cordiale. Proprietari molto attenti e disponibili. Servizio wellness ben organizzato e professionale.
Gli spazi comuni sono ampi e accoglienti. L'Hotel è stato rinnovato ma non ha perso il suo carattere 'alpino'. L'atmosfera rimane molto calda.
Non c'è niente in particolare che non mi sia piaciuto. Come ho detto in Reception prima di partire aggiungerei solo qualche attaccapanni in camera. Solo un piccolo appunto: ho trovato un po' scomoda la posizione della cassaforte in camera ma non so se è dovuta a problemi tecnici.
Alle Mitarbeitenden waren außerordentlich zuvorkommend, Das Abendessen war hervorragend. Auch ein Kleines Kuchenbuffet am Nachmittag hat uns positiv überrascht. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön, eine gute Auswahl an Saunen und Whirlpool, Kinderbecken. Der Indoor Pool hat eine ausreichende Länge um Bahnen zu schwimmen und die junge Dame im Wellnessbereich sehr freundlich mit einer guten Auswahl an Wellness/Massage Anwendungen.
Leider können wir das grundsätzlich schöne Hotel mit einem tollen Angebot und super Mitarbeitern nicht mit einer Höchstnote bewerten - es gibt einfach viel zu viele Regen bezüglich Poolzeiten, Sauna Zeiten, Verbot im Bademantel durch die Lobby zu gehen, Dresscode EXTRA-Kosten beim Frühstück etc,
Das Bett war extrem hart und eine mögliche Kopfkissenauswahl eher etwas begrenzt.
