Not going back to Hotel with terribly Maintenance
Pros:

I been to Bong Sen Hotel many times. The Hotel, Staff, Location is all good. Unfortunately the Maintenance is terribly poor.

Cons:

On my last visit, some 3 - 4 month ago, the Lift / Elevator was out of service. Now it still not working. That is very very poor Maintenance. Also the Electric Hot Water Heater in the Bathroom is leaking, its very dangerous

Will be back
Pros:

Stayed there before and each and every time I enjoyed it. Its not the most luxurious property, but its clean, comfortable, great location, lots of car parking spaces and the staff are helpful and very reasonable priced. So i will be back soon

Cons:

Nothing to complain because I compare the price I paid with what I got and all is good

A bit dissatisfied and disappointing
Pros:

The thing I like is the peace that I got while I was there, the facilities at an affordable price I think are okay, the staff are very good and friendly, especially the housekeeping is very friendly. And after that, the complimentary for the room also okay.

Cons:

my body was itchy while staying there, there were many rove beetles in the room so I had to take a shower several times so I wouldn't feel itchy. my body was red and bumpy. I even asked for a change of blanket and bedsheet in the middle of the night, besides when I arrived there, the room looked like it had not been occupied for a long time and had not been cleaned, there were many gecko droppings ( lizard shits) everywhere, even in the bathroom. No restaurant in the hotel so we cant even order food while we're starving, he online food also never accepted the order maybe coz of the location or I don't know.

Nice older style hotel. Exceptional value.
Pros:

Unique property. We were upgraded from the rooms we booked. Exceptional value for money. They made us a western style breakfast although it wasn't on the menu.

Cons:

I like to walk but the hotel was a little too far from shops and cafes for walking. Just a short taxi ride though.

Pros:

Clean room although a bit run down, old furniture, a/C couldn't be adjusted by remote. Room quite old and could do with a bit of a makeover.

Cons:

Aircon remote not working/couldn't adjust temp control.
