Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay really pleasant. The host was very approachable and responsive—messages were replied to quickly, and communication was smooth from check-in to check-out. Overall, the place felt cozy and relaxing, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay again!

L'appartement est bien pensé et confortable, un peu juste pour 4 mais à 3 c'était nickel ! L'emplacement est top !

Very good accomodation but with rude and arrogant reception/security

And comfortable to stay

Cons:

The property is excellent but the guard at the reception named villareal was rude, raised his voice at me and acting arrogantly. He also dropped the badge with a bang in my nephews face. So unnecessary rudeness and arrogance was shown to us upon check in

Pros:

Great location. Plenty of restaurants nearby.. The apartment was on the small side, but fine for 2 adults and a child. Had a kitchen and washing machine. Air con was cold. Beds were comfortable.Check in was easy.

Hard to beat
Pros:

This is a great apartment. Hot shower, well equipped, view of the Makati skyline from the balcony, supermarket and restaurants on the ground floor, clean and comfortable, good communication from the owner. I would definitely stay here again.
