Pros:

Staff were so lovely and helpful and were available for very late check in and early check out. The bathrooms are perfect and modern.

Cons:

Somewhat far from the center, but the tram being close helps. The tram can be relatively infrequent which can make it difficult to get to.

Möbel unstabil teils defekt, recht dreckig. Durch den günstigen Preis war es erträglich.
Pros:

Keine Bettdecke, Bettdecke ohne Laken, Fernseher, kein Fernbedienung, Fenster Jalousien nicht befestigt. Keine Kleiderbügel kein Haken zum aufhängen. Schlechte Hygiene. Zwei Mitarbeiter drei 0 hilfsbereit. Eine junge Dame war nett und den Job auch beendet, weil sie das selber schrecklich fand.

The Valens Boutique Hotel was extremely clean and tidy. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need. The staff were friendly and helpful in every way. The location is very central, and transportation is quite easy. I didn't experience any issues during my stay. I recommend it with complete confidence.
