Unfortunately they dont pay attention to details. Pool and area around was always full of leaves and seemed dirty, same as for our private little backyard. Room
photos are much better as the real rooms. Couldnt sleep well at night since palm leaves would make
A LOT of noise on the metal roof. Breakfast was too simple - I assume there is much more fruits in Costa Rica than watermelon? Also there is such good coffee in Costa Rica, but the one they serve for breakfast was horrible. Had to order a capuchino which would cost 8USD extra.

- das Frühstück ist sehr simpel
- das Personal steht meist gelangweilt rum und schaut aufs Handy, während man am Frühstück wartet bedient zu werden, oder der Pool schmutzig ist
- wenn am frühen Abend nur noch zwei draußen saßen, wurde teilweise ab 20:30 die Musik ausgemacht oder die Lichter sehr früh ausgeschalten, weil es sich scheinbar nicht mehr „gelohnt hat“.
- alles in Allem daher viel zu teuer

Due to the layout of the hotel, it was quite noisy at night and hard to get a good night's sleep. Food was very expensive. It was also not possible to flush toilet paper (but this is standard across the region, so not the hotel's fault).

Das für eine zweite Tasse Kaffee beim Frühstück bezahlt werden muss!

Wir würden gern eine bessere Bewertung geben, aber grundlegend gab es zu viele Kleinigkeiten unserer „Suite“ und der Anlage, die enttäuscht haben:
- aus unserer Klimaanlage tropfte Wasser, die Badtür ließ sich nicht schließen, das Waschbecken und die Dusche erinnern an ein Baustelle. Die Stühle am Pool sind kaputt.
- das Frühstück: nichts besonderes, einfachstes Touri-Essen, selbst das Tipico war fad
- Anfragen in der Buchung wurden bestätigt, mussten aber trotzdem nochmal vor Ort erfragt werden

Szkoda, że wybór śniadań był niewielki : tylko 4 śniadania do wyboru.
W willi spodziewaliśmy się, że będzie dostępne żelazko, aby wyprasować nasze letnie sukienki i lniane koszule. Brak. Niestety nie było też możliwości jego wypożyczenia.

La propreté de l'hôtel en général et des logements. Très sale. Les prix exorbitants du bar et restaurant. Le personnel inexistant.

Le lit de nos enfants était dur comme du béton, bancal avec une barre métallique au milieu du lit. Ils n’ont pas pu dormir.
Impossible de se laver dans la douche car il y avait juste un petit filet d’eau. Si vous avez les cheveux longs vous les laverez ailleurs mais certainement pas dans cet hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner était médiocre.

We had a swarm of bees in our bathroom an so couldn’t use the bathroom that night and the next day before we left. That was a bit dangerous, especially if you are allergic to bees. I was stung a couple times.

Entfernung zum Strand, Hotel liegt an einer sehr holprigen Straße. Safe im Zimmer wäre gut.

El piso en madera está muy roto

Breakfast, you should be able to choose what egg, serve atleast 2 toast with butter and jam, but all of costa rica doesn't get European breakfast. Organisation needs some work, training staff to smile and atleast to say welcome when you are the only person coming to the bar, cleaning poolarea every day instead of only when a big table arrives for superbowl... but still enjoyed our stay because of the great room and the great decor all over the accommodation that is small ride to the beach

If you are easily scared by bugs you might want to book somewhere else.
