Un hotel agréable et accueillant au centre de HCMC
Pros:

Bel hotel bien situé dans le centre de HCMC. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. La piscine et le bar en terrasse sont très agréables avec une vue partielle sur la rivière Saigon. Le personnel est aimable, efficace et réactif. La rue Thi Sach est très calme, ce qui est appréciable dans cette ville particulièrement bruyante.

Cons:

Il y a peu trop de groupes, ce qui peu créer un engorgement au moment du petit déjeuner (manque de places à l'intérieur, manque de fruits et de yogourt...). Mais ce n'était qu'un problème ponctuel.

Un bon choix rapport qualité prix- localisation une equipe très orientee client
Pros:

Tres bon equipe et accueil/ suivi client/ Service client. Hotel recent donc en bon état avec une terrasse piscine très sympa en ROOF TOP. Une localisation parfaite par rapport au centre.

Cons:

La partie continentale du petit dejeuner est très moyenne (Viennoiseries de mauvaise qualité et cafe percolation mauvais)

Phenomenal hotel in great location
Pros:

We had a brilliant stay at the Kin Hotel Thi Sach Edition. The location was ideal and most sites we wanted to visit we reachable on foot.
We had organised airport pickup and dropoff via the hotel, which took away quite a lot of stress and which went smoothly.
The room was very spacious and comfortable and the hotel overall is very chique. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet selection and also made use of the very nice infinity pool on the roof top.
I also wanted to mention that the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. When we realised our flights home had been cancelled and we asked to reorganise our airport drop off they even offered to help us book new flights (which we did not need in the end but the gesture was very much appreciated).

Fantastic hotel in District 1, close to everything, with nice gym and scenic rooftop pool and bar.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were fantastic! Rooftop pool & bar with amazing views. I definitely recommend and wish we could stay longer.

Great Location and Rooms, But Service and Noise Fell Short
Pros:

The hotel was overall a nice experience. The rooms were very spacious, beautifully maintained, and had extremely comfortable beds that made it easy to relax. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight and a great added bonus, offering a perfect spot to unwind. The interior of the main entrance was elegant and impressive, creating a lovely first impression. The location was also excellent, within walking distance to the city center, making it very convenient to explore nearby attractions. Most importantly, the staff was welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made the stay nice.

Cons:

There were a few aspects of the hotel experience that did not seem to match the price we paid, which is considered higher for Vietnam. The hotel hosted a Valentine’s Day party, called “Anti-Valentine” or something similar. While we personally did not have an issue with the event, it created a chaotic environment in the upstairs bar, where many attendees were not hotel guests. The pool area and bar were crowded with obviously intoxicated people, which in my opinion negatively affected the experience for actual hotel visitors.

Additionally, security seemed almost non-existent, as it was possible for anyone to access the floors with guest rooms without restriction. As a female visitor, this made me feel unsafe leaving my room, knowing I could encounter a drunk stranger. The party was also extremely loud; although it was supposed to end at 20:30, the music continued until around 21:30, which was very disruptive a significant negative.

The following morning, we went to the pool area to relax and enjoy some sun, only to find the area in disarray from the previous night. The pool had not been cleaned, with cigarette butts in it, the chairs were dirty, and there were no pool towels available for guests. When we politely asked for towels, we were initially told that due to the party, they had not been washed yet, and were asked to use the towels from our room. After expressing our dissatisfaction, housekeeping eventually provided towels, which were only adequate.

Room service also had very limited options, as we were told they could not currently provide all meals, which was inconvenient. We also requested an ironing machine, which was provided the day after our request, but only because they don’t have them and instead offer ironing as a service. For just a thing, this seems unnecessary and inconvenient. Furthermore, the hotel does not offer transportation to the airport, which, given the price and its 4-star rating, I found disappointing.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist perfekt zentral gelegen im Distrikt 1, fußläufig zur Oper, Post, .... und dennoch ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück und die Rooftop Bar gefallen. Der Ausblick auf den Fluss während man im Pool ist, ist schon was besonderes, und perfekt um sich nach einem vollen Tag in Saigon zu entspannen.

Amazing hotel with great location and great value for money
Pros:

Everything was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful, kind and friendly, the room was spacious and squeaky clean, the breakfast amazing, the pool and gym was great and location could not have been better.
