Pros:

The location was very good and the room was comfortable...

Cons:

The shower over a freestanding bath why ? water everywhere ! view from our room was awful & breakfast was pretty bad too

Fin dal primo momento si percepisce l’eccezionale attenzione verso l’ospite: lo staff è stato impeccabile, sempre presente con discrezione, incredibilmente gentile e attento a ogni piccolo dettaglio, facendoci sentire davvero speciali. La camera era perfetta, elegante, spaziosa e con una pulizia davvero impeccabile, curata in ogni minimo particolare. La piscina è semplicemente mozzafiato, un luogo dove rilassarsi e godersi un panorama capace di lasciarti senza parole. Ogni angolo della struttura trasmette qualità, cura e raffinatezza. Colazione varia e completa per ogni gusto. Un soggiorno che difficilmente dimenticheremo. Posizione perfetta per visitare la città. Lo consiglio a chiunque

Det var ett jätte trevligt hotell. Personalen i receptionen och poolbaren var fantastiska. Frukosten var okej. Rummet var jätte fint vi hade stadsutsikt. Det var värt pengarna. Tyvärr var det svarta långa hårstrån i duschen som hade missats sen förra gästen.

Een mooi hotel op een goede plek
Pros:

Een prachtig hotel met vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel
Mooi zwembad met leuke bar op het dak
Het ontbijt is uitstekend
We kregen een upgrade
Mooie kamer op de 11 de verdieping met prachtig uitzicht over de stad
Veel leuke dingen om te bekijken zijn op loopafstand hoewel met 38 graden een Grab taxi ook heel fijn is( en spotgoedkoop )

La vue du 13ième étage avec la piscine en rooftop

Cons:

Pas de lit d'appoint dans une chambre réservée pour 3 personnes ! Et quand on en reclame un, il faut payer un supplément... du jamais vu !

A great hotel, very accommodating. Our flight got cancelled on the way home and they easily accommodated us another two nights in the same room. Which made it easy for my children.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet is seriously second to none!!!! The rooms were spacious, great location. The roof top pool was also amazing!

Cons:

Was not told until day 2 that we shouldn’t drink hotel water. I thought a luxury hotel would have filtered water. Nevertheless something this important should be told upon check in!!!
