This is an exquisite hotel in an amazing location. I have stayed in hotels all round the world, but this is one of my favourites and so we extended our holiday here by a night. The views from the windows straight onto the sea are absolutely amazing.
Nothing at all
We liked being close to the centre and enjoyed the music - it is quiet by 11pm
Une localisation optimale, sur le quai et au bord de la plage, au coeur de la partie la plus vivante de Corallejo ; l'hôtel est cerné par les restaurants, les bars et les commerces, sur le quai promenade qui parcourt le littoral de la ville. A deux pas aussi des commerces de la rue principale, et des départs de bateau vers Lobos et Lanzarote. La chambre que nous avions (16) était spacieuse, très propre et joliment décorée ; un balcon sympathique donnant sur la plage et la promenade. Petit déjeuner (pas de buffet, un menu au choix) très correct. Un très agréable séjour.
Ce qui est super dans un hôtel, c'est ce à quoi on ne s'attend pas : un bouquet de fleurs, une bouteille, etc. Le Waouh!
Mais ça peut parfois être agaçant, ça peut être le "oh! non!" quand ce à quoi on ne s'attend pas est désagréable. Quand on passe 5 nuits à près de 300 euros pièce dans un hôtel, on ne s'attend vraiment pas à s'entendre dire "oui, mais je dois vous facturer un supplément" quand au petit déjeuner on commande un deuxième café Americano. Ce n'est pas une question d'argent ; et ce n'est pas la faute de la serveuse, charmante et efficace, mais du management : ça ne se fait pas, nulle part. C'est désagréable, ça ne vous rapporte rien, en fait, et ça gâche tout.

Nous avion réservé une chambre supérieure vue mer, certes nous avions la vue mer mais la chambre était située au dessus du bar et donc très bruyant

we paid for room 18 it said special features were the hot tub we stayed previous year floor 2 better value for money floor 3 is overpriced only extra was a spa bath that you had to fill the bath up with the shower head no other extras for the extra money

Towels poor quality for hotel standard and price
I knew dogs were allowed but I didn’t expect them to be around my feet during breakfast because they were not on a lead , observed a dog urinate up the wall in the breakfast area and also watched a dog owner feed a dog of the restaurant plate which is not acceptable.
