L’emplacement, l’accueil aimable.

Cons:

Le matin, pas d’électricité. En disant ça à l’accueil, on me répond « oui, il ya des travaux et ils ont coupé l’électricité ». Aucune excuse !

Attention aux couples avec enfants : aucun lit d'appoint n'est disponible et le lit est trop petit

L'emplacement était pratique et l'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans difficulté. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de notre séjour en raison des problèmes liés à la chambre.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour un couple et notre fille. L'annonce indiquait simplement : « l'enfant dormira dans un lit ». À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert qu'il n'y avait qu'un seul lit queen size (1,60 × 2,00 m) pour nous trois, alors que nous avions pourtant précisé que notre fille avait 14 ans. Un véritable scandale. L'hôtel ne disposait d'aucun lit d'appoint. La réceptionniste s'est contentée de répondre, sur un ton ironique, que c'était moi qui avais effectué la réservation, ignorant totalement le manque de clarté de l'annonce. Comme l'hôtel ne propose que des chambres doubles, les seules solutions étaient que je dorme par terre ou que je paie une deuxième chambre. Nous avons donc été contraints, tard dans la soirée, de chercher un autre hôtel. Pour couronner le tout, la chambre était étouffante et ne disposait d'aucune climatisation.

Cons:

Photo trompeuse, lampe cassée, présence de trace sur les draps, store cassé impossible de l’ouvrir ou le fermé. Il y avait des insectes partout dans la chambre, réveillée dans la nuit par une énorme sauterelle qui a mis 1 h à sortir puis réveillé le matin par un cafard sur ma cuisse. Nous avons annulé la 2 eme nuit. Je ne recommande pas au vu du prix
