CASA ALDAMA- Style & Convenient Apartments

There’s a list of things that they need to fix, in the bathroom the window is broken. I had to use a hair tie to close it. Also, the faucet is broken. They just pushed the shower handle back onto the part to that’s connected to the wall an handle. Also in the kitchen sink the left knob doesn’t work to turn on water. Also, the front door frame has a crack in it so you can see inside the house a little bit. The couch was also broken, but still usable it’s just uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi would keep cutting off and it wouldn’t work for long periods of time. Another thing that I think they could do better at is cleaning all the stuff in the home before new people arrive. When we tried to cook a lot of the pans, had dust and dirt inside of them. Some other plates and cups were dirty. The blender still had old food in the lid. When we arrive, we cleaned absolutely everything. We washed all the dishes and pots and pans due to them being dirty. The house was amazing even though all the problems. I would still stay there again. I just wish that they fix all the things that are broken as well clean a little more.

⚠️ Alojamiento inseguro, insalubre y engañoso. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Me alojé en CASA ALDAMA a partir del 8 de diciembre y la experiencia fue muy negativa desde el primer momento.

1. Problemas graves de seguridad
A la llegada, la cerradura electrónica de la entrada principal no funcionaba. Según la propietaria, la puerta debía permanecer abierta día y noche, ya que el teclado no funcionaba. Esto significa que cualquiera podía entrar libremente en la residencia, lo cual es totalmente inaceptable.

Además, varias ventanas y puertas del apartamento no se podían cerrar correctamente:
– Ventana del baño rota
– Puerta/ventanal del dormitorio sin sistema de cierre
– Acceso posible al apartamento desde la terraza/balcón

Por motivos de seguridad, tuve que llevar conmigo mis objetos de valor (pasaporte, ordenador, etc.) cada vez que salía, lo cual generó mucho estrés.

2. Alojamiento no conforme al anuncio
El apartamento no corresponde a las fotos del anuncio. Se presenta como luminoso y ventilado, pero en realidad es un apartamento en semisótano, muy oscuro y con falta total de ventilación natural.

No hay ventanas que den realmente al exterior; al abrirlas, el interior del apartamento queda totalmente expuesto a los demás huéspedes, ya que da directamente a la entrada principal.

3. Insalubridad y mal estado general
– Fuerte olor a humedad y moho
– Ambiente muy húmedo y poco saludable
– Apartamento sucio, viejo y con manchas
– Grifería de la ducha rota (hubo que usar una herramienta para poder ducharse)

Tras una noche de fuertes lluvias, el apartamento se inundó, con agua en la cocina y el salón.

4. Servicios no proporcionados
El wifi no funcionó durante más de 3 días, es decir, durante la mayor parte de la estancia, a pesar de estar incluido en el anuncio.

Conclusión:
Este alojamiento es peligroso, insalubre y engañoso. No cumple con los estándares mínimos de seguridad ni con lo anunciado.

The keypad entry system was confusing. It would be much easier if the host provided a short video tutorial on how to use it.

The apartment is significantly darker than it appears in the photos — there are no natural light sources, which makes it feel closed in.

Construction noise in the area was loud and continued after typical working hours. Combined with the street noise, it was not a peaceful place to rest.

Noise from the street at night made it hard to get quality sleep.

The water pressure in the shower was very low — washing hair (especially for women with longer hair) was difficult to impossible.

The photos felt misleading, especially in terms of lighting and overall atmosphere.

There was mouldy smell .

The lock on the entrance door is broken and doesn’t close properly. When going out, I have to leave it unlocked, which compromises security. The location isn’t good, so it’s necessary to use a taxi. I can’t go out at night. The shower’s water pressure is weak. Power outages occur.

The soundproofing is very poor. At any time of the day or night, you can hear what’s happening outside and in the neighboring apartments (especially loud if there’s a family with small children next door). Even with the windows and doors closed.

day 1 lost electricity for a few hours. owner was responsive though and helped sort. day 2 lost hot water. day 3-7, lost water for a few hours every day. owner worked on resolving this though and was responsive throughout.
