I WAS DEFRAUDED BY THIS HOTEL!
Pros:

I WAS DEFRAUDED BY THIS HOTEL. Arrived at the hotel at 11 pm without having booked. The guy at the reception told me to come back later, prices would be cheaper and rooms are be cleaned at that moment. So I came back one hour later. Before that, to be sure, I booked the room on booking.com. Arriving at the reception that guy told me: "All rooms are booked and it's not updated on booking.com. Sorry, but no room left. I will now cancel your booking." So I had to leave and find a place - at night! Today is see that tha booking wasn't cancelled and the money taken from my credit card. Booking.com says they can't do anything, the hotel is not responding! My dear friends, the manager, whoever: THIS IS FRAUD!

Pros:

We came there and it was summer so they where really busy they had a group there we booked through booking and was told to have a jacuzzi double room and public pool because the group was there they gave a small room off the regular grounds with a smell of mold and it was boiling hot when we came in at least they should turn on AC before we arrive in such heat without an jacuzzi and was told we can't enter the campus because it's rented by a group so we also couldn't go swimming also on the site we booked said we will have a window with view which we couldn't see anything out of our window besides the next room we really didn't get a good feeling here

Cons:

The room we got had a terrible smell and was very small with a mini bathroom they said they can't change the room because they had a group on the campus
