Pros:

Beautiful hotel located in old town. Wonderful team, kind and helpful people. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. And great turkish coffee and tea! Highly recommended, I'll be back for sure.

Pros:

My stay was extremely difficult and unsafe due to the post-earthquake conditions in Hatay, which were not clearly communicated on Booking.com. The hotel was very hard to reach, located in an isolated area with no proper access, electricity, or infrastructure, and the experience caused severe stress for me and my family. While the staff were polite, the location and conditions made the stay unacceptable.

Cons:

I did not like the unsafe location, the extreme difficulty in reaching the property, and the lack of basic infrastructure such as electricity and proper access. The real post-earthquake conditions of the area were not clearly disclosed on Booking.com. More accurate information and realistic ratings would have prevented this stressful and risky experience.

The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very nice. The rooms are very spacious.

Sehr zu empfehlen, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.
Das Hotellobby gab ein sehr freundliches und bequemes Bild.
Frühstück war ausreichend und vielseitig.
Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war mittelmässig.
Dusch und WC-Raum war ok und es gab durchgehend heisses Wasser.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.
