We couldn’t even hang out outside by the pool or anywhere else. They kept sending us back to our rooms like we hadn’t paid to be there. That was the first thing I didn’t like. It was really disappointing. They were making everyone go back to their rooms way too early. We weren’t playing any loud music—in fact, we weren’t playing any music at all. We weren’t drinking either. We couldn’t even eat our pizza outside because they kept telling us to go back to our room. By 8/9pm

Al llegar para el check in una persona estaba pidiendo el control del aire acondicionado porque no se lo dejaron en la habitacion, llego a la mia y lo mismo ni control de tv ni de aire acondicionado. La tv no funcionaba y no se si fue porque no querian cambiarme de habitacion pero me dijieron que en ninguna habitacion funcionaba :/ entonces para que lo tienen como servicio incluido.

Habia una cucharachota muerta en el baño (era notable al entrar al baño dudo que no la vieran al limpiar).

Solicitar factura es un verdadero problema, solo por WhatsApp y te obligan a enviar un Cosntancia Fiscal, no existe obligacion de proporcionar mas que los datos fiscales, mas si ya estoy regitrado.... imposible, jamas regreso a ese lugar.
