静かでリラックスできる雰囲気のホテルです。スタッフの距離も近からず遠からずの距離感で良かったです。食事も適量で提供時間も良かったです。
車での訪問でしたが、ホテルの入り口がチョッとだけ分かりにくい事と歯ブラシがつかいにくかったです。
伊勢海老が食べれると思ったらけど 出て来なかった。

The staff were excellent very helpful and exceptionally friendly.
Overall disappointed. The king size bed was comfortable but less than a foot of room on one side that made it very difficult to move around.
Mosquitos everywhere, kept us awake and we were badly bitten.
The room looked clean but under the bed was very dusty. (I lost something and had to retrieve from under the bed)
Free drinks were poor quality considering the overnight cost but the worst was having to drink out of plastic glasses. Also there were no glasses in the room only paper cups for water. The previous night we stayed in a hotel that was a fraction of the cost and had fantastic glasses for room drinks and in the bathroom.
There was no Yucata only pj’s made from sticky synthetic material which was very uncomfortable.
I wouldn’t normally go into so much negative detail but I always check revues before booking and wish I had been better informed.
Everything was just great! Very helpful staff, great food and free facilities (f.e. private hot pot, karaok,…). We stayed for three nights, but two would have been enough, because there is not much to see nearby. But if you want to cool down your head with locals it is just great.
All inclusive and able to wear supplied lounge wear to restaurant and throughout facility. We felt like we were having a true japanese holiday as the locals do.....they also supplied warm coats for walks outside. Fabulous views over the sea. Google translate helped with communication.

The staff at Bali Resort Saya went above and beyond to help us do several things in Toba that we couldn’t have done ourselves. Perhaps the most helpful staff of any hotel I’ve stayed in. They also have free snacks and drinks (including alcohol) every day. The rooms and entire hotel has a Balinese theme with carvings and gamelan music in the background- very serene. The views from the rooms are a sweeping panorama overlooking Toba Harbor. The sunsets and early morning were especially spectacular. Toba is pretty far off the beaten path for English-speaking tourists, so you’ll need Google translate to get around, but the vibe of the town is very laid back. Reminds me of a Japanese Bar Harbor, Maine. Amazing seafood too!
