Prijetno bivanje.
Cons:

Edina neprijetna stvar je bila ta, da trenutno delajo zraven apartmajev nov hotel in so nas zjutraj zbudili z deli že pred 7. uro. Z deli naj bi končali v maju.

Total Misinformation and Discrimination – Stay Away!
Pros:

Clise to the main spa and wellness area but unfortunately we couldn't enter it because of winter season?!

Cons:

The main reason for our visit was the spa, but we were denied access to the pools. Before arrival, we received a notification via Booking.com stating that the pools would be closed for maintenance until January 4th. We intentionally booked our stay starting January 5th, expecting everything to be operational. However, upon arrival, the pool reception told us we still couldn't enter. Their explanation was shocking: pool access is reserved only for guests who book directly through the hotel, and not for those who book via Booking.com. This is blatant discrimination and was never clearly stated during the booking process.
To make matters worse, the hotel is currently a loud construction site. A new hotel is being built right in front of the building, and the heavy drilling and construction noise start every morning at 7:00 AM sharp. There is no chance for rest or sleep.
Because of the construction, the path to the only available restaurant is blocked, forcing guests to walk a long way around just to get a meal.
It is good hotel for pets, but we were there with kids.
Essentially, we paid for a 'wellness retreat' but ended up at a noisy construction site with no access to the water. The management is misleading guests and providing zero support. Do not book this hotel – there are much better options where all guests are treated equally and promises are kept.
