Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Staff is very cooperative and supportive.
Location is on main road towards Dalhousie. From hotel Dalhousie is 7 km. It is better to stay here rather than in Dalhousie in context of quality of hotel and its value for money.

Room heater was available but for an extra charge
Location of this hotel is worst....not even close to dalhousie....It nearly about 7-8km from city center.
Their service is poor they didn't provide heater in winters and ask for extra charges of 2000 for heater they didn't coprate with guests and light connection is very poor fluctuation take place ...I don't recommend for anyone
