Cons:

отсутствие рабочего кафе/ресторана в отеле в вечернее время - приходится заказывать доставку
сантехника немного протекала
чайник есть, чай отсутствовал
завтрак с 8.30 утра, для тех, кто снимает поближе к аэропорту - стоит задуматься о возможности раннего завтрака

Great option near airport
Pros:

We were travelling with the baby and 2 rooms in one apartment was very convenient. It was clean, warm and comfortable, 100% recommend for families who needs to spend the night not far from the airport.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but was not included in the room price and it was quite expensive. No restaurants nearby, location is a bit scary.
