The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and suitable for a family stay.
Pros:

We had a very good stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and cozy. It is a little far from Republic Square, but with a short walk you can easily reach buses, taxis, and the metro that go to Republic Square. We had a car, which made it even more convenient. There is also a supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy fruit, drinks, and fresh groceries.
The two-bedroom apartment was very well equipped. Each bedroom and the living room had its own TV, and there were separate bathrooms. The kitchen included a stove, coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, and everything we needed. There was a dining set for six people, 2 glasses and 4cups, large and small frying pans, a small saucepan, a cutting board, a grater, ladles, and other cooking utensils. had a refrigerator, iron, and hairdryer . Housekeeping was also excellent—they changed the towels and cleaned the room every day upon request before 4:00 PM.
A great feature was the personal parking remote we received, allowing us to enter and exit easily through the parking area.

Cons:

One small suggestion: it would be even better if there were an air vent in the living room for better air circulation. We didn't feel hot, and we simply kept the bedroom doors open to let the air circulate. Also, the kitchen would be more convenient if the stove were a little farther from the sink.

Cons:

Не было халатов, не было ершика в туалете!!!!!! Муравьи в душе. Сковородки какие не видит индукция. За 4 дня не поменяли ни разу белье постельное . Не было полотенец для лица и рук. Плохой напор в душе. Не убирали на балконе, очень шумно. Окна выходили на вытяжку. В стирку отдали вещи , за сутки вернули их мокрыми, прямо перед нашим отъездом.
Кондиционер на 26 и меньше не опускается- центральное .

Pros:

Номер комфортный, кровать удобная, завтрак на любой вкус. Необыкновенный кофе!

Cons:

Единственная неприятность- разбудил громкий разговор в холле в полночь между гостями. Неплохо было бы напоминать о правилах поведения в общественных местах в позднее временя, размещая таблички в номерах и напоминая об этом за пределами номера.

Отличный отель. Наш рейс задержали и вынуждены были оперативно ночью искать варианты заселения. Быстро подтвердили бронь. Быстро заселились, возможна оплата картой МИР.
В номере чисто, есть все для удобства, питьевая вода. Душ даже с набором всего для чистки зубов))

The hotel is clean.

Cons:

Internet was horrible it didn't work and I had to use my own internet, our room was rarely cleaned and we had to remind them, the breakfast had limited items and was the same everyday without variation, it's not a big hotel but when you look at the photos it seems as if it's a big hotel. There is also a trick if you pay with card they charge you a significant EXTRA amount, be careful! The price is like a 5 star hotel meanwhile it has has obvious weaknesses. The only good thing is that the hotel is overall clean and close to metro station.
