No clean smell pillow ditrth floor toilet broke leaking water. I Allways stay in super 8 this one no good. Must fix it.
I was disappointed because I had made a mistake and booked a room the day before we were supposed to stay and didn’t realize it until I got a message asking how I liked my stay. I immediately booked the next night and told the clerk what had happened I. He said I needed to go through you so I called booking , but you didn’t help me either. I never got my money back nor did I hear from anyone. The hotel was not full that night.

It was not next to any businesses that made anymore noise than cars driving by. Located very close to just about anything you would need for shopping choices, both food, retail, and even car dealerships/car rental businesses. Summertime/spring/and fall are perfect weather for walking to any place you’d like. The Maine turnpike/ I-95 is within view of the second floor rooms, but the vehicle noise is not noticeable. Quiet nights, and not a party hotel. No little kids keeping families, disabled, or businessmen/women awake in frustration all night, lol.
I’m known by the staff and management by name, and we have a great and humorous, human to human relationship. Definitely a second home while I’m homeless, due to the state of Maine and the Gov. they’re supposed to place me into assisted living, or my own place. It’s coming up on a year of not knowing where I’m going. Now it’s winter, and about to be the worst weather/sub zero degree weather. I have secondary progressive multiple sclerosis, and prostate cancer. I’m not supposed to be stressed and put into this situation, for a year. Just got over pneumonia (barely) which is a no no for us with MS. Lung involved issues are an easy way to end up pushing up daises.
Coming here is my last ‘home’ I’ll have for a long time. But I feel safe here. I feel wanted, (not just for money) I feel the caring hearts of the management and long time employees that have gotten to know a little about me. When I come in to stay, some staff have watched my visible health diminish, as these diseases strip my body of its health. I feel bad to see and feel their honest care and sympathy. It’s nice to see strangers care, and truly feel their sadness, when I answer their “How are you?” With a, ‘fine, but getting worse’ and in take my hood off, and they see how much weight I’ve lost, and my eyes that tell a very upsetting story. I’m very honest, which society does not like these days.
Sometimes there’s no coffee all day.
The location that's it
The breakfast and no cockroaches. The sign said breakfast is from 6 am -9 am and we went down at 830 am and there was only a couple slices of wheat bread, eggs and some milk left on the jug. What happened to this place? Also the cockroaches are insane!!!! I have been here a handful of times hoping it will be different and it hasn't been. I think tomorrow night will be the last night for my husband and I. We had no clue it had gone down hill so bad.
