Surprisingly comfortable, stylish, and clean room, even better than in the photos. Very nice, friendly and helpful host. Get the bahn mi for breakfast, it’s great. Good Vietnamese coffee. The host arranged us a luxury car transfer both ways for a very good price.

Der Homestay wird von zwei herzlichen Gastgebern, Dinh und seiner Mutter, geführt. Beide zeichnen sich durch ihre Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aus und stehen bei etwaigen Problemen umgehend unterstützend zur Seite. Der Garten ist ansprechend gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool ist zwar klein, jedoch stets sauber gepflegt. Dinh sowie seine Mutter bereiten ein gutes, frisch zubereitetes Frühstück zu, das ihren Gästen täglich serviert wird. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und gepflegt, wobei das Bett sowie die Bettwäsche bequem sind. Vor unserer Abreise nach Hue, mit dem Nachtbus, hat uns Dinh freundlicherweise die Möglichkeit eingeräumt, im Homestay zu duschen, wofür wir besonders dankbar waren, da wir einen anstrengenden/heissen Tag hinter uns hatten. Unser Gepäck konnten wir den Tag über sicher aufbewahren. Eine nahegelegene Wäscherei befindet sich nur zwei Minuten entfernt und ist mit modernen, benutzerfreundlichen Waschmaschinen und Trocknern ausgestattet.

Great place with great location and amazing family!
I loved my stay here. The hosts were amazing, they are so warm and kind. The room was very clean and beautifully presented (also notably soft sheets). Breakfast and coffee was delicious, with lots of fresh fruit included. I only wish I could have stayed longer! Highly recommend.
They also have 2 sweet little cats that I enjoyed giving attention to.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Thom was very accommodating and was always checking on us. We enjoyed the room and also the garden. It had a lovely view and it felt very cozy. There were a lot of choices for breakfast and the pancakes were good.

Le lieu magnifique et paisible tout en étant à proximité du centre ville et des restaurants. La chambre joliment aménagée avec sa terrasse. Lit confortable, eau chaude et clim qui fonctionnent bien. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et bon. Tous les services proposés. La gentillesse du patron et de sa famille. Les 2 chats mignons.
Dommage que le prix du lavage de linge soit à 50.000 vnd/kg alors qu'on trouve facilement à 30.000.
Dinh is so kind… We loved to stay in his house. Loved the breakfast and room was beautiful!! We also rent scooter from him. Nothing to say, it was perfect. Will definitely recommend to my friends. Loved the bathroom

A lovely mother and son host this hideaway homestay set in lush gardens. Rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The garden deck outside each room make it a great place to relax. Excellent central location - perfect for exploring Ninh Binh.
Posto fantastico in tutto e l’accoglienza di Dinh e sua mamma è stato un valore aggiunto che mi ha fatto sentire a casa oltre poi per i consigli dei posti da visitare. Davvero preziosi. Camera molto spaziosa, confortevole, molto pulita, letto comodissimo e doccia calda. In una posizione strategica e silenziosa con bici e scooter da noleggiare direttamente da loro e una breve passeggiata a piedi dal centro. Colazione essenziale a scelta, ma abbondante e gustosa, oltre il miglior milk coffe mai bevuto!
Dinh and his family were so considerate and took great care of me on my stay. They made special breakfasts based on what I like and even invited me to share their dinner one evening. His mum would always give me a snack to take with me on my outings too. My room was just beautiful and aesthetic and so clean. Everything is walking or cycling distance and you can always order Grab. The jacuzzi was a bonus and the cat Sam was so sweet.
