Le lieu magnifique et paisible tout en étant à proximité du centre ville et des restaurants. La chambre joliment aménagée avec sa terrasse. Lit confortable, eau chaude et clim qui fonctionnent bien. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et bon. Tous les services proposés. La gentillesse du patron et de sa famille. Les 2 chats mignons.

Dinh is so kind… We loved to stay in his house. Loved the breakfast and room was beautiful!! We also rent scooter from him. Nothing to say, it was perfect. Will definitely recommend to my friends. Loved the bathroom

A lovely mother and son host this hideaway homestay set in lush gardens. Rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The garden deck outside each room make it a great place to relax. Excellent central location - perfect for exploring Ninh Binh.

Posto fantastico in tutto e l’accoglienza di Dinh e sua mamma è stato un valore aggiunto che mi ha fatto sentire a casa oltre poi per i consigli dei posti da visitare. Davvero preziosi. Camera molto spaziosa, confortevole, molto pulita, letto comodissimo e doccia calda. In una posizione strategica e silenziosa con bici e scooter da noleggiare direttamente da loro e una breve passeggiata a piedi dal centro. Colazione essenziale a scelta, ma abbondante e gustosa, oltre il miglior milk coffe mai bevuto!

Dinh and his family were so considerate and took great care of me on my stay. They made special breakfasts based on what I like and even invited me to share their dinner one evening. His mum would always give me a snack to take with me on my outings too. My room was just beautiful and aesthetic and so clean. Everything is walking or cycling distance and you can always order Grab. The jacuzzi was a bonus and the cat Sam was so sweet.

Estuvimos dos días en el alojamiento y nos encantó la experiencia. La señora mayor es realmente encantadora y muy atenta. El desayuno es personalizado: te preguntan qué quieres de la carta y te lo preparan cada mañana, siempre acompañado de fruta fresca y agua.

La habitación es tal cual aparece en las fotos, lo cual se agradece. Había un ligero olor a humedad, pero es algo bastante común en Vietnam, así que no resultó un problema.

Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable.

Our stay at Thomshouse was nothing short of amazing. While the room itself is simple, it’s incredibly comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged – everything just feels easy and relaxing.

The location is a huge plus: close enough to the tourists center to explore conveniently, yet tucked away in a peaceful area where you can truly unwind and escape the noise.

What truly sets this place apart is the host. He is genuinely warm, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. His hospitality made us feel more like guests in a friend’s home than customers.

We were also celebrating our honeymoon, and he surprised us with a cake – such a kind and personal touch that made our stay even more memorable.

Great value, great vibes, and genuinely outstanding service. This is one of those rare places you don’t forget. We would absolutely come back and recommend it without hesitation.

Immaculate room and some of the most friendly and lovely hosts we have ever met. Our host Dinh was so accommodating and took care of us like we were family. Highly recommend.

La famille qui tient l'hôtel a été adorable et aux petits soins pour nous, ma fille a été malade en fin de séjour et ils ont tout fait pour nous aider. Le lieu est vraiment charmant et agréable, proche de tout, ils proposent une location de vélo, et un excellent petit-déjeuner compris dans le tarif.

Petit hôtel familial dans un lieu magnifique. Le charme du jardin, l’emplacement calme et proche du centre ainsi que le petit déjeuner font de ce lieu une vraie petite pépite. Mais surtout je tiens à souligner la gentillesse de Dinh et sa maman Thoms. Leur accueil est sincère et rempli d’humanité ! Les chambres sont tellement jolies, la décoration inspirante et la literie est super confortable (bien au dessus de tout standard) bref notre séjour dans ce petit oasis a été magique ! Je recommande les yeux fermés

I stayed here for 3 nights after the ha giang loop and wish I stayed longer. Such a great location, short walk to the center but still quiet and secluded. I definitely splurged a bit but it was so worth it the rooms were amazing especially the bathroom. Thom and everyone was so polite and kind I felt like I was part of the family.

The best stay of our whole 2 week trip in Vietnam. Dinh, his mum and wife are all so kind and helpful. The rooms were absolutely stunning (!!) and breakfast so delicious. I couldn’t recommend more! Run don’t walk!

Best location too and recommend trying Mami’s for dinner right next to it, 10/10 food and vibes
