Die Unterkunft ist eine kleine Oase in Tam Coc. Thom und ihr Sohn sind die besten Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend, wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie machen das Homestay zu etwas ganz Besonderem.
Awesome place to stay in Tam Coc. It’s is in a really peaceful location with a lovely courtyard but within easy walking distance of the main street.
Breakfast was great and the owners was really helpful with organising bike rentals and suggesting tips on where to go

We stayed for two nights at Thom’s Place, and even though Ninh Binh was extremely rainy during our visit, we had absolutely no complaints because it turned into the perfect little staycation.
The pictures honestly don’t do the place justice, it’s even more beautiful in real life. The garden is gorgeous, the rooms were so cozy, and everything felt peaceful.
What really made our stay special, though, was the hospitality from Dinh and his lovely family. They were incredibly kind and helpful with anything we needed, from bike rentals to laundry, and they even treated us to a family dinner on our last night, which was such a sweet and memorable experience.
If you’re looking for a cozy, peaceful place to stay in Ninh Binh with genuinely lovely hosts, we would definitely recommend Thom’s Place.

Superbe homestay à Tam Coc, calme, paisible. Très confortable, bon petit déjeuner. Possibilitede louer des vélos ou des scooters. Les hôtes sont adorables, rien à dire. Parfait !

Prime located but also quiet enough.
You can hear parties going late at night sitting in the garden, but the room blocked out the sounds.
The location is right in the centre of Tam Coc, close to the Tam Coc boat ride and Bich Dong Pagoda. More importantly, the host is incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel like part of the family. Another lovely bonus: I got to try the homegrown jackfruit—and from my Vietnamese perspective, it was truly delicious. Not to mention the two cute kitties

The place was beautiful with lovely garden and nice, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delicious. The owner was super helpful in everything.

Nos quedamos 5 noches en el alojamiento de Dinh y fue estupendo. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, tal cual las fotos. El desayuno es a la carta, el día de antes eliges entre muchas opciones disponibles y te lo cocinan al momento. Nosotros somos de España y nuestro desayuno es diferente y un día elegí desayunar Pho de cangrejo y estaba delicioso, lo recomiendo mucho. Tiene servicio de lavandería, muy rápido y de alquiler de motos. Siempre está disponible para lo que necesitáramos. También dejamos nuestras mochilas en el alojamiento tras hacer el check out ya que nuestro transporte salía más tarde.
