A estadia foi agradável.

A localização excelente e perto da estação de metrô.

Cons:

Apesar de não ser um quarto fumante, sentia-se o cheiro do cigarro e o barulho dos hóspedes do quarto de lado.

La cama super comoda. El personal muy amable. El ultimo dia nos dejaron dejar las maletas en recepción y también pesarlas.

They gave our number to somebody else.

We got free tea and cockies

Cons:

Was traveling with family of four with 2 kids. Arrived closer to midnight.
The big number we ordered with big terrasse was not available to us, so they insisted we should take smaller ones. After discussion with manager on how it happened, the answer I got was to call to booking.
I had premium support call with booking and they initiated relocation with full cancelation of existing order.
After hearing that, manager insisted we should stay for 1 night in the room they offered and then after that move to the big one when it gets free.
We rejected the suggestion and went to a different hotel.

Много добър хотел
Pros:

Отсядам в този хотел за втори път.Закуската е добра.Местоположението е отлично. Много близо до забележителности и много, и разнообразни магазини.
Хотела няма собствен паркинг, но ако сте с кола , служителите ще ви съдействат да паркирате на платен паркинг в близост до хотела.
Персонала е много отзивчив.
