Beaucoup de monde
Staff, rooms, pool and other facilities, direct access to the beach, food was quite basic but good. There are a lot of people but you never wait.
Beautiful space. It was comfortable and clean. Facilities are fantastic ...loved the spa area! All the pools were clean and relaxing. Would definitely recommend!
Check in was a nightmare!! The staff seemed confused n it took more than an hour to complete the process and get me to the room.
门外噪音非常大,严重影响休息。房间打扫不彻底,有残余垃圾,而且保洁人员忘记放牙刷牙膏,跟他们索要才给。
Good hotel
Beachfront.
The numerous sellers on the beach.
Bardzo dobre jedzenie, możliwość korzystania z restauracji "a'la carte" bez ograniczeń. Przemiła obsługa niezależnie od pozycji kelnerzy, barmani obsługa basenu, serwis sprzątający, ochrona dosłownie wszyscy. Dobra jakość alkoholi i napoi. Bardzo czysty hotel, piękny ogród.
Bardzo wolna obsługa i czasami mało ogarnięta. Na barze wiecznie brakowało szkła, pomarańczy itp. Często nie docierały do nas zamówienia bo kelner/ barman zapomniał. Obsługa nadrabiała uśmiechem :)
Hotel posiada dziwny system, pomimo all inclusive trzeba podpisywać każdy rachunek co było trochę uciążliwe.

Immaculate , fabulous hosts, staff went out of their way to ensure comfort. Even the security guards on the beach front ensured safety. First time at this hotel and we will return again.
The beach was filthy with plastic debris etc. my partner cut his foot whilst walking on the beach , and we had to cut our holiday short because it meant he could not go in the water. Loved the early morning sunrise and swim.
Our stay at Sarova Whitesands in Mombasa was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning surroundings and well-maintained grounds. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to fully relax.
The food was excellent throughout our stay, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. The service really stood out—staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile.
The pools were another highlight, offering plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. Overall, everything ran smoothly and we had zero issues or problems during our stay.
The only minor downsides were the monkeys around the property—they can be a little cheeky if you’re not careful—and the main road entrance, which isn’t quite as scenic as the beachfront side.
That said, these were very small points and didn’t take away from what was otherwise an amazing stay. We would happily return!
Everything! Beautiful grounds with bars to relax at, breakfast is amazing with variety and customer services is great. Family friendly and right on the beach with lots of activities
Nothing I can think of
The hotel itself is located in a beautiful place, surrounded by lots of greenery. There are a lot of well-trained staff. The food is varied and delicious. I liked that there is also local food. The cakes were very high quality (and there were even gluten-free ones). The rooms with a sea view are really beautiful.
When I made the reservation, the pool seemed to be much longer. However, on site I saw that it was a few smaller pools divided by wall, which limits swimming. This would not be so bad if you could swim in the sea. The beach itself is beautiful, but the feeling is spoiled by rude and persistent vendors, who do not care if they disturb your personal peace. In some similar countries, hotel security was also on the part of the beach in front of the hotel, which should also be a minimum here (in practice they are stationed at the entrance). For example, every day when I walked on the beach, a local merchant walked alongside me, even for 10 km, trying to sell me souvenirs at prices five times more expensive than those found in local supermarkets. He tried to explain to me that I'm there to donate, and not to enjoy my travel.
