I hope they remodel the property instead of taking our money and receiving experience that does not meet our expectation

Mostly friendly staff but not 5 star facilities
Pros:

The pools. The playground. The beach. The main restaurant and Minazi.

Cons:

Some of the Cocos Bar staff (particularly Kelvin) and one of the managers (Vitalis) were condescending, inflexible and took feedback badly. Tiny tiny tiny TV in the room. Underwhelming coffee station and mini bar was not stocked. The bathrooms are a bit dated.

I ask booking.com that I will reach hotel late then arrange some fruits in my room. This is the third times I booked via

Beach front

Cons:

The waiters at the restaurant don't let you have enough time to relax and eat. Also just outside the beach the boys bother you a lots to buy their local stuffs

Slow check in process, lack of attention to detail on clients requests.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Alot of variety

Spa services were great. Frida was excellent

Agatha was really helpful after my frustrations with the rooms.

Cons:

Check in was very slow. After 30mins i was still waiting to fill out check in forms. On inquiry they told me thete was a problem with getting rooms next to each other.
After further waiting i was informed the tooms would be available later as they were not clean i got to the rooms after about 4 hours
