Very friendly staff. Good natural light in room (second floor). Breakfast included which was nice. Comfortable bed. Older hotel which was okay but could use some TLC to spruce up the rooms.
Dogs. If you have a car or motorbike you will be fine. But if you walk anywhere from the hotel, there are numerous big dogs on the street in front of the hotel beside the river and on the neighboring street where you must pass to walk towards downtown and the lake. They roam around and will run at you barking loudly since you're a stranger. I tried multiple routes to see if I could avoid them, but never succeeded.

Good size clean room. Best shower! Lovely staff. Only a short walk to shops, market and restaurants.
Limited Thai breakfast, some fruit would have been great for someone who doesn't eat hot breakfast.
Location, staff and overall cleanliness. Enjoy the breakfasts here too.
