Comfortable Stay ! Very Close to Pathankot Railway Station and Bus Stand.
Highly recommeneded if you are travelling with family and you want someplace near to Railway Station or Bus Stand.
The hotel facilities were really great. Food was tasty as well.
Room Service needs improvement, there were few time when I had to call them multiple times to place an order or check the status of my order.

The morning receptionist was kind
I arrived at 5.00am in the morning and asked before and talked with the stuff about my concern of arrival very early as a female solo traveler and they reassured me was ok. But the morning I arrived I had to knock for so long before they opened me, the two men at the reception gave me a room with a broken lock of the door and they left. Even if by emails I told them I was scared about my safety coming so early morning. The hotel was very dark and was early morning, I was very scared to stay in my room and I couldn’t sleep or go to the toilet as I didn’t know if someone could enter in the room. I had to put a chair and a bag. I tried to contact the tourist number in India but was too early in the morning. The stay was terrible. At 7.00am with the light i finally got to leave the room and luckily the man at the reception was kind but they should put more effort when a female traveler arrive. If I knew I wouldn’t choose this hotel.

Despite the grotty busy city street location, this was one of the nicest hotels I stayed at during my tour of India. Excellent food menu and restaurant service. Busy restuarant with atmosphere and locals eating there out of choice. Proximity to railway station is ideal. A TuKTuk driver was able to show me some of the temples close to the town as well as one or two nice places in the surrounding countyside which was easy to reach.

Clean and good food
It was alright. Although considering the price, I was honestly expecting better facilities
Instant coffee and electric kettle in room.
First room I was given had a broken shower handle.
Second room had what looked like a poop stain on one of the towels.
Person in charge of room service was very rude, even before anything was requested of him.
This is my first negative review of a hotel. Would recommend avoiding this place.

I got woken up by reception after 11pm with two phone calls requesting the key to my motorbike so they could move it to a different location in their garage.
