No coffee refill
It was a lovely property. I came with a group and we had a great time. We loved the sauna experience and pool time. And the food was so so delicious.
The staff messed up my reservation/payment and consistently had me coming back to the front desk when I was only there for one night. So it was annoying to spend such a short visit revisiting the front desk for errors and then no apology for the time. We got it worked out, but I would have appreciated it being handled quickly on the front end or informed of the issues before arrival.

The room was very small, there is no elevator, the staff was not particularly welcoming, and there is no parking on the property—you have to leave your car outside. Overall, the price did not reflect the value we received.

The staff is great, location is good and overall the whole hotel is really nice
While the hotel is great in general, the rooms are not quite comfortable. You can almost see your partner in the bathroom as it is all in glass (almost transparent), not enough hangers and no drawers. I think that for US500 per night I would expect rooms to be magnificent

The room. For 500dls a night you would expect the room to be superb. While it is modern in architecture, the bathroom is just uncomflortable. It is right next to the bedroom with semi transparent glass walls. If you are lying in bed facing to the barhroom you can see your partners feet in the WC
There is no closet, just a tube with hangers. Not a single drawer, you just put your things put there in a shelf. No hooks for the bath towels. While the terrace (more a balcony) is decent, there are two high chairs with no back so it is not comfortable at all to sit there. Lastly, you can hear everything, inc the flush and shower from other rooms. Not what i expected unfortunately for the room. The rest was amazing!!!
