Pros:

Hotel jest bardzo ładnie położony. Ma darmowy parkering. Ładny basen. Obsługa miła. Fajnie że hotel ma siłownię, saunę i jacuzzi.

Cons:

Uważam że jak na 5 gwiazdkowy hotel to wybór na śniadaniach był mały. Myślę że to hotel 4 gwiazdkowy.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Very nice hotel with 2 beautiful terrace, one with the pool, second one on second floor, both with beautiful view on Funchal city and Ocean. The personnel of the hotel were very nice and professional. High quality breakfast with fresh products.

Entspannter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Tolle Lage, wunderschöne Aussicht!
Das Hotel ist klein und Übersichtlich, Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Parkplätze kostenlos gegenüber.
Zimmer könnten heller gestaltet sein dann würde es nochmal anders wirken aber sonst alles top.

El hotel esta muy bien decorado. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy limpio. Puedes bajar caminando al centro de Funchal o mefiante un autobus urbano muy facilmente. Aparcamienro en las instalaciones. El desayune es muy variado. Muy buen servicio.

Très bon hôtel pour séjourner à Funchal pour un long séjour
Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner et bon emplacement. Certes, il faut compter 35 min de marche pour arriver à Funchal Centre et avoir du cardio pour tout remonter (car tout est en pente, cela fait partie du charme de Madère !). Mais il y a des bus pour les personnes qui seraient en incapacité de tout faire à pieds.
Nous avons également dîné plusieurs fois au restaurant de l'hôtel, je vous le recommande franchement ! Prix largement plus abordables pour une cuisine de qualité et raffinée comparé à la plupart de ce qu'on trouve en centre-ville (qui sera beaucoup plus cher pour quelque chose de qualitatif). Les pizzerias basiques sont même tout aussi chères que le restaurant de l'hôtel qui lui propose plus de choix...
La literie est correcte et permet de bien se reposer.
Et bien sûr, le rooftop ! Quelle vue ! Parfait pour boire une Sangria et s'y détendre après une dure journée de randonnée !

Cons:

L'espace détente (spa) est agréable et peu fréquenté (du moins selon notre expérience), cependant, nous n'avons pas utilisé le hammam (ou bains turcs selon les appellations) car cela ne sentait pas très bon à l'intérieur. Alors que normalement, cela doit sentir bon l'huile essentielle d'eucalyptus...

Le petit déjeuner était excellent.

Cons:

Le parking trop petit quand il y a beaucoup de clients. Il faut arriver tôt si on veut trouver une place, sinon, il faut se garer dans la rue trés pentue. La baignoire est très glissante et pour économiser l'eau il vaudrait mieux des douches à l'italienne
