Lovely hotel
Pros:

The breakfast was great and the rooms were excellent. A great location too.

Cons:

The guy on reception tried to overcharge us to begin with saying it was a tourist tax. When I showed him my booking from Booking.com he recalculated the price, the tourist tax was €30 cheaper. Other than that, it was all good.

Pros:

The room was cold. The engineer looked at the system in our room twice but it was still cold.
The Tv was not working properly and had to be changed eventually. The engineers were very pleasant and professional. The reception staff were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and polite

Cons:

The restaurant was extremely cold so breakfast was an unpleasant experience. The hot food was also cold and there were no hot plates available.
Limited food available at lunchtime on New Years Eve. We did not want to have dinner.

Super Hotel!
Pros:

Lo staff: gentilissimo
La camera: comoda, spaziosa e luminosa, con un bellissimo balcone e con il letto matrimoniale (richiesta accontentata!).
La posizione: centrale; bella zona circondata da verde, ristoranti e negozi. L'autobus A1 da e per l'aeroporto arriva esattamente davanti l'Hotel (come peraltro mi era stato detto prima del mio arrivo). In più tutte le maggiori attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi.
La SPA super!
Buona sia la colazione che il pranzo; poi gli orari della ristorazione sono comodi.
Mi è piaciuto tutto

Cons:

il bidet nelle camere (ma solo perché sono italiana :-))
