super happy engagement days in breathtakingly beautiful nature
Pros:

We celebrated our engagement at Bolontiku and we're super happy with the experience. Truly an outstanding super quiet hotel, in the middle of breathtakingly beautiful nature. The service was amazing, the staff always on point and super friendly. We booked the Temazcal on top.
We can truly recommend Bolontiku for a stay to visit Tikal, Flores - but also simply enjoy the quietude at Lake Peten Itza.

Truly a gem!

An Oasis in Caotic Flores. Simply the best hotel if you want luxury
Pros:

Es una preciosidad de hotel. We are so glad we decided to book this hotel because we didnt know Flores and thought that maybe not staying in Flores wasn't a good idea... but couldnt be more happy. Flores is caotic so having this oasis just a boat away for us was the best choice. We rested in a double room with two gigantic beds... swam in the pool, relaxed in the hotel and then they offer boat transfer to Flores at no cost. LUXURY TOTAL. But the best of the hotel is the staff. They are ALL VERY VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. There is also clothing cleaning at not cost.

Cons:

Maybe the food is a bit expensive. And they need better offering of wines. But all in all AMAZING. I CANT SAY anything else.

Lindas instalaciones y personal muy amable
Pros:

Nice hotel by the lake
Pros:

The location is great. It’s away from the loud and busy Ile de Flores. The lake view is so nice and calming. The hotel is really beautiful.

The rooms were great as well. Very comfortable, clean and quite spacious. They were also pretty quiet.

Cons:

The food and service could have been better at the restaurant.

Also, depending on other guests the common areas can get really loud. I wish they had a policy about noise with such a serene space.
