Geburtstags Aufenthalt zum 64esten für Thomas Staehli Verein Lichtblick.

Die Betreuung im Poolbereich war top für Kinder. Das Wasser warm.

Cons:

Der Posten von Chef de Service ist eine Katastrophe. Vorbestellte Geburtstagsparty wurde nicht vorbereitet. Das Menü war auch nicht so wie bestellt. Die Getränke wurden für alle 4 Gänge zum Apéro serviert. Die Stimmung war zerstört.
Auf eine Nachricht (Beschwerde) an Herrn Buono wurde gar nicht reagiert. So vertreibt man Gäste.

Pros:

La navette qui vient nous chercher à l’aéroport et qui nous y re-emmène c’est topissime.
On a super bien mangé dans le restaurant de l’hôtel et le petit-déjeuner était juste incroyable 🤩
On avait la chambre standard…. Simple, confortable mais sans plus.
Le personnel très souriant.
Magnifique piscine et infrastructures autour de la piscine. Pas testé le SPA 😉
L’hôtel fait du change au même taux qu’à l’aéroport… c’est pratique et discret 😉

Luxe, comfortabel en schoon
Pros:

Ruime, schone, comfortable kamer. Heel lekker eten in het restaurant. Heerlijke toetjes. Warme douche met harde straal.
Comfortabel schoon bed met fijn dekbed.

Cons:

Massage was prima, niet fantastisch.
Spa is klein.

L'emplacement et la quiétude de l'établissement. Les espaces arborés, ses équipements, son restaurant génial, la chambre superbe, très bien agencé, calme et spacieuse avec son coin salon, l'espace nuit et sa salle de bain...
Pour terminer je tenais à souligner l'accueil du personnel très sympathique, respectueux, leurs gentillesses et leurs sourires 😁...
