Добрый день! С меня взяли плату за 2 ночи , хотя я заехала в4 утра и была готова выехать в 12:30. А по факту мне выставили счёт за 2 ночи, так как поздний прилёт . Из-за того что персонал вообще не говорит по англиски были проблемы объяснить что мне нужно за 1 ночь. Ещё взяли плату за трансфер который меня не дождался и уехал , а мой рейс задержали. Просьба разобраться в ситуации, так как по факту я была меньше суток в отеле

Pros:

Unexpected so good! The environment is very good and the toilet is very clean . The staff and the cleaner are very polite , help us to solve the questions. They are very kind . Hope others china hotel can follow it.

The food doesn’t have much choices . They have lots of rules we need to be follow , but it's okay to follow it .
