Pros:

Nous sommes arrivés en bus en pleine nuit vers 2h.
L’établissement avait été prévenu et la réservation acceptée. Nous avons même échangés par message. Mais à notre arrivée, il y a un problème avec notre chambre. On nous propose alors de dormir en dortoir, avec une réduction de -50% sur la note. Ce que nous acceptons. Les lits étaient confortables, le pztit déjeuner inclus. Le lendemain matin, le personnel se confond en excuses et insiste pour nous offrir la nuit. Nous avons trouvé cela très professionnel et généreux de leur part.

Pros:

Amazing staff, so helpful. Super cheap and breakfast included. Hot showers, great location. We got to use bikes for 70k a day, comfortable beds and very spacious rooms.

My friends room smelt really bad of cigarettes

Pros:

Personal sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Schöne Aussicht und top Lage. Grossen Zimmer mit Fenstern.

Cons:

Zimmer sehen nicht mehr so aus wie auf den Bildern also bisschen heruntergekommen.

Location unbedingt die benutzen die das Hotel einem schickt und nicht die von booking selber. Muss geändert werden! Sind deswegen spät Abends unnötig eine Stunde umher geirrt- unsere Schuld aber.

Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel ! Rapport qualité prix/imbattable et petit déjeuner inclus !
Le gérant et sa famille étaient toujours prêts à nous aider. Grace à lui nous avons pu visiter la région et réserver le bus pour notre prochaine destination ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Super amables! Muy colaboradores nos ayudaron con todo y tuvimos un rico desayuno. Siempre preocupados porque estuviéramos bien y cómodos, nos proveyeron con mantas y cobijas pues estaba haciendo un poco de frío. Y nos ayudaron con reservaciones para tours. La habitación estaba muy limpia y a excelente precio y super central y tranquila, dormimos muy bien las camas muy cómodas también.

Good location, cheap price

Cons:

Our room had a blurred window looking into the hallway; there was no curtains so we had the hallway lighting all night and people could see in if they walked past which wasn’t great.

The room also advertised flat screen tv but we had no tv on the wall.

Pros:

Great location, the host lets us check in early for a small fee as our sleeper bus arrived at 5am.
So the early check in was a god send.
The breakfast was nice, especially the banana pancakes.
I had my clothes laundered here as well, they really do everything for you.

Cons:

The room was very damp, it smelt it too.
The bathroom never got dry, it needs an extractor fan and one of those huge squeegees to help guide the excess water on the floor and walls to the drain.

La douche n’a pas de pression ni d’eau chaude

Cons:

Nous avons demandé plus de 2 semaines avant notre venu au propriétaire de gérer notre transfert. Ceci n’a pas été fait et le jour de notre arrivé (et donc au pied du mur puisque la veille plus de dispo sur internet) il nous a dit qu’il fallait payer 700000 par ticket si on veut monter dans le bus au lieu de 500000. Nous n’avions donc pas le choix d’accepter. Il nous a dit que se serait un bus de luxe, c’était le pire bus, couverture inexistante et pas de volet. Nous avions demandé le bus de 20h, il nous a mit sur celui de 22h. De même pour le scooter la veille je lui dis que nous souhaitons louer un scooter. A notre arrivé il nous dit qu’il n’en a pas il parcoure la ville pour en trouver ce qui est gentil certes, mais encore une fois une perte de temps. Pourquoi ne pas nous dire directement qu’il n’en avait pas on se serait organisé en amont…
Bref il va vous dire qu’il peut tout gérer pour vous mais gérer par vous même si vous ne souhaitez pas de mauvaise surprise.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Dusche hatte keine Kabine. Es wurde alles nass (Toilettenschüssle,...). Der Duschablauf hat sehr gestunken. Zum Teil mussten wir im Vorraum (Garage) essen.
