Pros:

Great !! The owner is very kind and acommodating :) If you come from Ninh Binh and arrive in the night (4am) he'll be there to welcome you and give you your room! He also gave us a room to shower in while we were waiting for our next bus in the evening
We were able to rent a motorbike for the day, and he booked a sleeper bus to Hoi An for us as well
Would absolutely recommend

Comfortable bed in clean room

Cons:

Frosted glass doors and internal windows to hallway with no curtain so light came through from the hallway, with no window to outside.

The only positive point is it is located close to where the busses stop. But there are plenty of other places close by.

Cons:

We arrive late by Bus. We booked a big room with 4 beds. They gave us a single bedroom. We asked for at least a 2 bed room. After complaining they gave us for the first night another single room but with the toilet broken (S***t coming out when flushing).
The bathroom was tiny and very dirty, the shower half broken and there was no TV, wardrobe, hairdryer or anything listed in the description.
The room said "Mountain Views" and the window was blocked by bricks! The breakfast did not exist and nobody cared about us. We left before ending the second night.
We complained about the room but they gave us excuses. Worst experience in many years of Booking. It is cheap but I prefer to sleep somewhere cleaner.

Le personnel était très sympathique et aux petits soins et réactif.

Cons:

Cependant, la chambre était assez sale, les draps étaient tachées, le tuyau de la douche fuyait. Je pense que la salle de bain mérite un coup de neuf .

Cons:

They relocated the whole hotel while we where there, no blame know them it has to be done at some point but unfortunately that we stayed there at that time so it was very noise from 6 am till lat

Хочу поблагодарить за внимание и гостеприимство хозяина отеля!!! Встретил нас рано утром в 5 утра, разместил нас! Купил нам билеты на слип-бас.
