Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Truly the low point of a wonderful time in Istanbul.
Pros:

Would it be a usable hotel, the sea sight and the private beach could be really cool. Would they have a serious idea on how to run a hotel, they could really make a stay wonderful.

Yet: Stay away from this facility!

Cons:

The SPA was closed, from two pools,one was closed and the other uncleaned green and murky from algae, the beach would have been very nice, but was only accessible if you prepare to climb rubbish and construction material. The minibar was a filthy empty refrigerator, the bathroom fittings completely oxidised and unsightly. The kitchen served us cold (really cold!) burgers and Lahmacun. We left after the second night and the owner agreed to repay us. Of course that never happened. Even after a written request, they just took the money for a really lousy hotel. Booking wasn't any help either.

The images might look nice and the location sure once was a very nice place to rest at the sea close to Istanbul. What we saw, was a disgrace and the fact they did not repay us, as the hotel manager agreed, just shows they are a scam rather than a hotel.

Soon after we left, they stopped accepting reservations from Booking... go figure.

Not worth the stay to visit Istanbul, neither for holiday stay
Pros:

Kindness of the staff
How the infrastructure would be in summer

Cons:

Very poor location between expressway and narrow beach (very noisy road traffic)
Far away (in time) from Istanbul

Worst stay in Turkey so far!
Cons:

First of all we were expecting a working Spa center in the Hotel.
As it was stated in the offering - there should be a working Spa area.
Immediately AFTER we paid on-site, the staff told us that the SPA Center is closed for maintenance.
The Restaurant was closed, but the staff offered us a grilled chicken portion or a Donner meat portion for dinner?!
The only reason we accepted the chicken was the fact that we came late in the evening.

The breakfast was an option of Eggs or Omelette... ?!

The hygiene was not on the level suited for such a hotel.
The Bathroom was not clean at all, the bath tube constantly filled itself with water. May be a problem with the draining system.
For a two-night stay nobody came to clean the room.

Literally the worst stay in Turkey so far !

Wouldn't recommend to anyone!
