Cons:

Unreasonably highly priced for April. I was charged 300 rands due to a dirt on the sheets. Sheets are all washed in a commercial machine. There is no justification to charge a guest for washing for their bedsheets.

Exceptional staff, fantastic aparthotel
Pros:

Exceptionally kind and helpful staff. Fantastic location. Very secure, 24/7 reception. Great cooking facilities. Modern bathroom with shower. Daily housekeeping. Rooftop pool area was fantastic (available with deluxe room type only I think - so max 3 guests/rooms have access to the 2 dipping pools and patio areas).

Great to stay in a proper aparthotel rather than an airbnb/residential building.

Cons:

Some road noise if windows are open, but it is in a big city!
