Nicht mein Gebuchtes Zimmer bekommen
Kostenpflichtiges downgrade bekommen..

Ich habe gegen 10uhr versucht einzuchecken, habe bezahlt und meine Sachen abgelegt da Zimmer Check in erst ab 14 Uhr möglich und erst dann habe ich erfahren das ich nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekomme.

Ich habe Seaview gebucht, habe die Schlüssel bekommen um 14 Uhr bin hoch aufs Zimmer und direkt wieder runter weil es nicht das Zimmer war das ich gebucht habe. An der Rezeption meinte man dann man hätte mir ein kostenloses Upgrade gegeben was aber ein downgrade ohne Preisreduzierung war und zwar ohne mich zu fragen oder mir bescheid zu sagen daß dass gebuchte Zimmer rnicht verfügbar sein. Am ende hat sich rausgestellt das sie das von mir gebuchte Zimmer normalerweise für das doppelte vermieten und das der Grund war warum sie mir das Zimmer nicht für den von mir gebuchten booking Preis inkl Genius Rabatt geben wollten. Der Rezeptionist hat mit mir gestritten, hat meine Aufregung erwidert. Habe sowas zum ersten Mal erlebt, das man downgraded ohne zu fragen und dann noch streitet. Dann sollte ich auch noch meine Buchung canceln 😆was ich natürlich nicht gemacht habe!!!

Stand dann um kurz nach 14 Uhr ohne Hotel da und musste alternativen suchen

Hôtel agréable, personnel d’accueil à changer d’urgence.
Pros:

Hôtel propre et confortable, bien placé.

Cons:

Personnel qui s’en fou royalement, ne parle pas un mot d’anglais mais n’essaye pas non plus, vous êtes un porte feuille pour eux et aucune sympathie n’est à attendre de leur part.

DA NANG FEELING FOR GOOD MONEY :)

Lage, Preisleistungsverhältnis, Laundryservice (Price), Grösse des Zimmer sowie Dusche und Bequemlichkeit der Betten :).

Cons:

teils Insekten, kleiner Sauberkeit/Cleaning misstake: unsauber (Kühlschrank unten am Rand war wie eine Käseschicht (Ricotta-Schicht): musste wortwörtlich auf den Boden erbrechen, als ich das in der Nase hatte/gesehen hatte, kann aber vorkommen, den Fehler passieren), Bettlaken waren nicht so toll, musste teils immer wieder richten, dies ist eindeutlich zu verbessern. auch habe ich zwei Nächte vorreserviert und gesagt ich zahle die Nächte beim Checkout, am Schluss bin ich aber nach Hoi An und Danke dafür, den HOI AN ist pure Liebe :). Vielen Dank euch :)) für mich persönlich kriegt ihr eine 7.5/10.0

Cons:

Отель очень «уставший» и явно требует реновации.

Во-первых, так называемый «морской вид» не соответствует ожиданиям. Море видно где-то в отдалении, это скорее дальний боковой вид, чем полноценный sea view.

Номера пошарпанные, многие элементы выглядят старыми и изношенными. По фотографиям создаётся совершенно другое впечатление.

Материалы отделки очень дешёвые — некачественный пластик, неприятный на ощупь, создаётся ощущение статического электричества, всё выглядит бюджетно и неаккуратно.

Душ — отдельная история. Есть острые края необработанного металла, о которые легко пораниться. Это просто небезопасно.

С подушками возникла странная ситуация: в номере была всего одна обычная подушка и одна декоративная. Я попросил дополнительно две подушки, и мне очень долго отказывались их предоставить, пришлось буквально добиваться этого. Для отеля это странная и неприятная экономия.

Уборка тоже оставляет желать лучшего — после уборки в номере стало ощущаться даже больше грязи, чем до неё.

В целом ощущения неприятные. Отель выглядит красиво на фотографиях, но в реальности сильно разочаровывает.

LРекомендую не ориентироваться только на красивые фото при бронировании.

Cons:

Mình lưu trú tại khách sạn 4 ngày, nhưng cả 4 ngày mình thấy nhân viên dọn phòng k sạch. Nền nhà nhiều cát, khăn tắm cũ, rách. Khu vực tắm ở nhà vệ sinh thì vòi nước rất kém. Phòng hầu như không có cách âm, bên ngoài có người đi lại và nói thì bên trong nghe rất to và rõ.
