Bardzo miła obsługa, czysto, przyjemnie. Świetne rozwiązanie z dojazdem do sanktuarium - kilka razy dziennie zapewniony był bezpłatny dojazd do sanktuarium i powrót spod sanktuarium do hotelu, spora odległości od sanktuarium nie była żadnym problemem.

Ho soggiornato di recente presso questa struttura e non posso che esprimere un giudizio assolutamente positivo. Fin dal momento dell'arrivo, lo staff si è dimostrato straordinariamente accogliente, gentile e super disponibile.
Purtroppo, a causa di un problema di overbooking e mancanza di posti disponibili nella struttura principale, non è stato possibile alloggiare nella camera inizialmente prevista. Tuttavia, la gestione dell'imprevisto è stata impeccabile: il personale ha gestito la situazione con la massima trasparenza e professionalità, offrendoci come soluzione alternativa il trasferimento presso l'Easy Green.
La sistemazione si è rivelata fantastica, confortevole e all'altezza delle aspettative. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto il team per la cura del cliente e la prontezza nel risolvere la situazione senza alcun disagio per noi. Torneremo sicuramente! Servizio top.
