Estuvo ok pero no repetiría la experiencia en este lugar
Pros:

Son bonitas instalaciones, colonial, antiguas y agradable. Incluye desayuno y una bebida de bienvenida, bonito gesto

Cons:

Se fue el agua, logramos bañarnos con una presión muy baja casi pegados a la pared y medio bajar el inodoro antes de que se fuera. Luego se fue de definitivo y no hay tanque de reserva, así estuvimos 2 días antes de irnos. Tambien se fue la luz, no hay planta eléctrica (esto fue una noche antes de irnos). Poca presión en el inodoro y en la ducha. No asean la habitación a pesar de que estuvimos 4 días. No sirven el desayuno temprano a la hora que indican que inicia. El personal llega luego de las 7am. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio. Si no un lote cercano en la parte de atrás. Si llegas tarde debes dar toda la vuelta a la cuadra porque el señor que vigila no te abre por una puerta que conecta hacia la otra calle. Para conseguir un vaso con hielo, 1 día mi esposo puedo. Luego no había donde conseguirlo en el hotel. Opera con poco personal los fines de semana. Con respecto a relación precio es elevado. El inodoro a duras penas se llenaba.

Cons:

El estacionamiento queda en la parte trasera del hotel, pero no queda bajo techo y es de tierra, se ve descuidado e inseguro a pesar que el guarda se seguridad me dió la tranquilidad era seguro. En los demás todo muy bien.

Un lugar hermoso, con excelente hubicación
Pros:

Un lugar hermoso, guarda muy bien los detalles de un estilo colonial, excelente ubicación en la ciudad. Sirven buen desayuno y el área de piscina muy relajante y bien cuidada. Me resolvieron un asunto técnico de la habitación cuando lo reporte. Me ayudaron amablemente con la gestión del transporte hacia y desde el hotel.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado encontrar el piso de la habitación más limpio al momento de mi llegada. A la salida del hotel de madrugada, pueden estar más atentos para la entrega de llaves y apertura del portón.

La ubicación

Cons:

Cuando estábamos esperando la habitación nos indicaron que no podíamos usar la piscina ni el restaurante ya que tenían una boda. La misma que duró hasta media noche con un gran ruido hasta la habitación. Luego de que ingresamos queríamos descansar un poco y fueron a tocarnos la puerta insistentemente hasta despertarnos para entregarnos las toallas que no dejaron al ingreso. Tampoco funcionaba ell cable de la habitación para ver otros canales que no fueran nacionales y no lograron repararlo. En general el hotel tiene una buena ubicación pero esos detalles no fueron de nuestro agrado. No logramos el descanso que buscabamos

De tuin en het zwembad zijn mooi en groot.

Cons:

Helaas voor ons niet helemaal de ervaring waar we op gehoopt hadden. Voor onze laatste nacht in Nicaragua hadden we bewust een mooier hotel gekozen. Bij aankomst rook het een beetje muf, alsof er iets met het riool aan de hand was. Verder vonden we het vooral vervelend dat er nergens was vermeld dat er flink verbouwd werd. Wij hadden eigenlijk de middag door willen brengen aan het zwembad, maar ze waren de hele middag met een cementmachine bezig. We hadden het fijn gevonden als dit ergens was vermeld. We hadden ook vieze handdoeken vol vlekken, maar dit werd prima opgelost doordat we na het vragen nieuwe kregen.

Charming in Everything!
Pros:

The title says “charming” but they’ve redefined the word in every way. The facilities are gorgeous, the rooms are clean & comfortable, the site is secured, breakfast was amazing, but the best “like” goes to the staff / absolutely friendly and professional!!

Cons:

Sporadic WiFi, but it might’ve just been in my room.

Pros:

Staff were wonderful, from guard to reception and breakfast and bar area servers. They accommodated our extender group very kindly when we had to rearrange due to illness.
We came back for another night.

Pool area is very pleasant. Currently there is some construction but it didn't bother us so much as we were out a lot.

Cons:

The shower floor was damaged and they promised to look into it when we came back for an extra night.
