I would stay again
Pros:

A surprising cool charming respite from the noise and heat of Managua. Buffet Breakfast overlooking the well maintained garden was excellent with lots of choice. All the staff especially the front security man, receptionist & breakfast staff were just delightful.

Cons:

A suggestion only- an extra towel for pool use would be nice.

Spacious room and friendly staff, but not 4-star quality, hard bed, and misleading room photos.
Pros:

Space was big in the room.
General staff were friendly
Included all facilities mentioned in booking.com

Cons:

Was placed as a 4 star hotel which didnt match the facilities of the hotel .
Hard Bed
The room we saw the pictures for did which is why we paid did not match what we recieved.
The manager was very passive aggressive when we highlighted the issues we had with the hotel.

Given this was a last day booking due to travel issues. but still did not match expectation

Beautiful courtyard hotel in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by good restaurants.
