The hotel has so much to offer. The room was excellent, we had a tiny private courtyard. The restaurant/cafe provided excellent food and service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If in the area again we would stay again.
The shower/tub base needs to be replaced in this room. There were a lot of cracks in the fiberglass(?) and felt like we might break through.

Love love love this hotel! It was our first stop in Nicaragua and it was such an amazing way to start our trip.
The staff were friendly and available. We arrived at midnight after our flight was delayed, and they were there to greet us still.
The pool and garden area is stunning! Plus the breakfast was delicious. It was a very calming atmosphere with great music at the bar area all throughout the day that really sets the chill vibe.
It was honestly great, but below is some feedback;
More sun loungers would’ve been great. There were a couple of times they were all taken and we wanted to sunbathe by the pool.
The grouting in our shower needs re-doing. It looked pretty old and like it’s growing mould.

I like everything about this hotel.
Beautiful hotel — clean, with a pleasant lobby and very practical and nicely designed rooms (private seating area, comfortable room lighting). Pleasant indoor pool, plenty of loungers and seating. Three large shopping malls and three convenience stores nearby. Possibility to make coffee or tea both in the room and in the hotel common areas. Quiet atmosphere, excellent service. Good breakfast.

Unfortunately, we were woken up around 2am by loud music nearby, which significantly affected our sleep. This was particularly difficult as we had two flights the next day, including a long 11-hour journey at 10pm. Not being able to rest properly the night before made the trip much more exhausting.
Geloof me, hier wil je overnachten. Ik bleef steeds terugkomen in Ros Robles als in ik Managua was. Het hotel zit in een fijne buurt met restaurants en winkels in de vlakbij. Het is een oase van rust in de stad, het personeel is geweldig: vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de kamers zijn ruim en schoon en de binnentuin en zwembad prachtig en fijn afkoelen na een drukke dag.
