The airbnb is clean, available towels and toiletries, fast WIFI + Netlifx/HBO/Disney+ access, and free bottles of water and snacks. There is available parking within the facility and SM Marilao is just 2 minute walk so it's easy to do groceries and have quick meals. Overall, the staff is also very friendly and accommodating.
The listing featured only one interior photo of the unit, showing the two full beds. We booked it blindly, hoping for the best, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious and well-equipped, including a complete kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator with freezer, induction stove, frying pan, pot, and electric kettle. The interior design was impressive, particularly the wood-paneled TV setup. There were two bean bags and an additional floor seat, a bedside table with a wireless charging feature, a PlayStation, Netflix, and more. The Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning unit were excellent. The bathroom was clean and had a well-lit mirror, ideal for getting ready, skincare, and makeup. The shower curtain had magnet closures, and snacks and coffee were provided.
Unfortunately, we got stranded due to Typhoon Carina and experienced a 22-hour power outage. However, the host was very responsive and provided clear instructions on using the generator. The generator powered two room lights, the fridge, and a convenience outlet. Thankfully, the room had two extension cords, allowing us to power the modem (so we had Wi-Fi!) and charge our devices.
The host graciously allowed us to extend our stay a bit beyond checkout time for free since the roads were still flooded. Thank you!

The condominium complex itself didn't get flooded during the typhoon, which was fortunate. It's conveniently located right next to SM Marilao Mall, and the access road to the mall wasn't flooded, allowing us to get food. However, the road in front of SM Marilao was flooded waist-deep, leaving us stranded for a day. It took about 24-27 hours for the floodwaters to recede and the roads to become passable again. While this isn't the host's fault (obviously out of their control), it's worth noting that the Marilao area tends to flood during the rainy season.
It was conveniently close, just 5 minutes away by car from my meeting venue.
Just that desk chair. I kept tripping over its hind legs. The chair’s design has its 4 legs jutting out. It’s of light material though, so no pain nor discomfort there.
They provide all essentials need so you dont have to buy anymore or bring.
When you go outside the condo, you will be at SM 😃already just have your breakfast lunch and dinner.
