Ich habe dieses Hotel inklusive Frühstück gebucht, da auf der Website klar angegeben war, dass das Frühstück direkt im Hotel stattfindet. Es gab nirgendwo einen Hinweis, dass das Frühstück ausgelagert ist. Erst nachdem ich bereits gebucht und bezahlt hatte (ohne Stornomöglichkeit!), wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Frühstück aktuell in einem anderen Hotel stattfindet.

Dieses „Hotel ums Eck“ war allerdings alles andere als ums Eck es lag etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, was gerade am Morgen einfach unpraktisch und mühsam ist. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass diese Information vor der Buchung nicht transparent kommuniziert wurde.

Als ich daraufhin nachgefragt habe, ob es möglich wäre, das Frühstück zu stornieren, da es ja nicht wie angegeben im Hotel stattfindet und das nirgendwo gestanden ist, wurde ich vom Chef nur patzig abgewiesen. Seine Antwort war sinngemäß, dass er mir das Frühstück ja nicht aufs Zimmer bringen könne und ich eben dorthin gehen müsste, wenn ich frühstücken will. Kein Entgegenkommen, kein Verständnis, keinerlei Lösungsvorschlag das war wirklich enttäuschend und unprofessionell.

Zum Zimmer: Es war grundsätzlich in Ordnung und hatte alles, was man braucht. Allerdings war es bei meiner Ankunft extrem kalt ich musste mehrere Stunden heizen, bis es halbwegs angenehm war, und saß anfangs sogar mit Jacke im Zimmer. Auch der Fernseher hat nicht richtig funktioniert.

Fazit: Die Ausstattung ist okay, aber der Service ist eine Katastrophe. Vor allem der Umgang mit berechtigter Kritik und die mangelnde Transparenz sind absolut nicht akzeptabel. Ich würde definitiv nicht wiederkommen und kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
