Pros:

New property, only 1 year old. Directly in front of the beach. I had a room on the second floor with a very good size balcony. The view was great. The staff was attentive and catered to all my requests. The chef prepared the best Indian food I had in India and this on a consistent basis. I was there for 4 days.
I would recommend this property without reservations.

I can not find anything to criticize.

Staff very attentive. Not able to use UK bank card so had to get a Tuk Tuk to bank for cash.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Nautical 9 Beach Retreat, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The location is absolutely stunning, with the beach just a stone's throw away. The sound of the waves and breathtaking sunsets made our stay truly unforgettable.

What made our experience even more special was the exceptional hospitality provided by Rohit, Ashok, and Kiran. Their warm smiles, attentive service, and eagerness to ensure our comfort made us feel right at home.

Food was also tasty and had a homemade flavour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return!
