Hotel molto comodo per l'aeroporto di Pudong. Stanza bella e pulita e colazione buona.

The manager was kind enough to upgrade us to. Family room after finding out that we have two children along with us
The room was very stuffy even though the blower fan was on. We couldn’t sleep well for the night.
Nearly everything:
- Location: Few min walk from Chuansha station (exit 2) and a shopping mall, a few metro stops from PVG
- Facilities: Smart toilet, USB sockets, modern style decoration
- Staff: Friendly receptionist with better English than I expected
- When we first entered, our room smelled like a train car that just carried 3 or 4 drunk men

Close to Chuansha Metro (nearest exit to the hotel is no.2, you will come across a mall beside a small river at the station entrance/exit).
Front desk was kind enough to allow early check-in after our early arrival from Pudong Airport. Staff was patient while trying to assist as I was not able to get connected to Airalo eSIM, since this is my first trip to China.
I just speak basic Mandarin but staff made every effort to reduce any communication gaps.
Same breakfast menu though the food wasn't that bad.
Accommodation was good and staff was highly professional & cooperative.
Everything was good and satisfactory.
