A woderfull location near the sea. We went there for business but ended up staying for fun.

The property is amazing. Though not maintained. Onsite parking.
The staff were rude, unhelpful not interested. Breakfast was an additional cost. Coffee was a vending machine that didn’t work or served just black coffee. The room was not cleaned, no fresh towels. No toilet paper throughout my whole stay.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien situé
L’hôtel est présenté comme un 5 étoiles, mais il ne correspond pas du tout à ce niveau. Le spa est annoncé mais en réalité fermé, officiellement pour des raisons médicales, mais il est évident que c’est pour économiser l’électricité. Après insistance, il a été ouvert, mais seul le sauna fonctionnait, le hammam était hors service. La salle de sport est mal entretenue, avec la moitié des machines cassées. Dans la chambre, il n’y avait pas de poubelle ni de lampe de chevet, ce qui est surprenant pour un hôtel de ce standing. La qualité de la nourriture est également décevante.
En résumé, ce n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles...
Passez votre chemin, il y a plein d'endroits qui sont un meilleur rapport qualité prix en Albanie.

Rezervirala sam hotel sa 5 zvjezdica koji je nudio doručak u sobi, masaže, saunu unutarnji bazen, i ostale sadržaje.
Od navedenog nismo dobili ništa.
Sobe nisu bile u hotelu nego izvan hotela, nešto slično kao kompleks apartmana.
Od sadržaja osim vanjskog bazena nismo dobili apsolutno ništa.
Čistoća sobe je ravno nuli. Užasno prljavi ručnici, WC pun dlaka, kamenca i pljesni. Posteljina na krevetima prljava.
Čistačica dođe tijekom dana kad joj se prohtije. Za 4 osobe ostavi 2 mala ručnika i 1 WC papir, bez da odnese smeće ili ne daj Bože da pomete stubište koje bude puno iglica od bora.
Žalili smo se na recepciji nisu ni htjeli saslušati do kraja, rečeno je da smo dobili sve.

It was dirty they didn’t clean, you don’t get what is advertised on booking, my stay was terrible
They phone’s didn’t work and they didn’t lend you irons’s they give different reasons to why.
Their Spa was closed.
I was given a room and later realized that I was cheated. I met some girls and they invited me to their room on my last night. It was there I saw that I didn’t in fact get my deluxe double room.
If I didn’t meet the girls I would’ve never known.
I also traveled solo so I think they took advantage of that.
