空間很大！可以平放三顆行李箱
除了第一晚有熱水，其他三天都忽冷忽熱！
第三天蓮蓬頭還沒有水，只能坐著洗澡！
Hot water was only available on the first night. For the remaining three days, the water temperature fluctuated constantly between hot and cold. During the last two days, the water pressure dropped so low that the shower head produced no hot water at all. Although I contacted the host, the issue couldn't be fixed because the replacement pump was the wrong model. This was extremely inconvenient."
初日の夜以外、お湯の温度が非常に不安定で、3日間ずっと熱くなったり冷たくなったりを繰り返していました。さらに最後の2日間は水圧が極端に弱まり、シャワーからお湯が全く出なくなりました。ホストに連絡しましたが、用意したポンプの型番が違ったようで、結局滞在中に修理されることはありませんでした。非常に不便で残念な宿泊体験でした。

Do not stay at this place, the description of the apartment is a complete lie. There is no living room, no balcony, you can’t move in the rooms or the bathroom. The place is filthy, walls and floors are peeling, mold all through the kitchen, cracked glass above your head, disgusting smell as soon as you walk in. It clear its maybe a one bedroom converted into a two bedroom. Hated my stay here, booking.com did nothing to change it. They will make you stay here as their protocol is contacting the owner and confirming as if the owner isn’t already deceiving its guests. They couldn’t care less if you slept in a dirty shoe box as long as you managed to “check in”. BEWARE

Excellent location, perfect for exploring
Le propriétaire a pris soin de nous. L'appartement est très bien desservi, non loin de Shinjuku. Il a été propre et la literie très bien.
Unfortunately, for our stay the only highlight that I can discuss is the location of the stay. It is near a train station and is surrounded by plenty of food options - however the conditions of the stay were enough to negate these positives.
As mentioned, the stay did not meet our expectations and was not satisfactory - to the point where we made the tough decision to change accomodation.
The apartment itself had poor hygiene, the couch had numerous stains, as well as a strange stain in the shower. In one of the main bedrooms the window had a larger crack in it, and even with the aircon running (which we had difficulty with) the room was still relatively cold especially because we were visiting Japan during the winter. We ended up wearing our outerwear to bed and grabbing the extra quilts from the other room to stay warm.
The lights in the main room of the apartment did not work consistently (which I have a video of) and not to mention the main room did not have heating - meaning that the living room, bathroom, and toilet were very cold.
Overall, the apartment was not very sanitary and it was noticeable that the cleaning service was not done with care as the floors had some "crumbs" (not sure how else to describe them) along the skirting of the walls. At the entrance the wallpaper was also peeling off.
Aside from these details, we also noticed that the accomodation we were staying in did not correlate with any of the images listed at the time. There were similarities such as flooring, but none of the rooms matched to what ours looked like.
I have attached some images that I took which shows these conditions.
It is unfortunate that our stay was not enjoyable and we chose to leave, but I wanted to share our experience as a lot of the reviews for this stay are positive and we had a different experience.
The owner of the building was initially receptive in wanting to aid us with the heater, lighting, and other issues, however, at that point the other conditions of the apartment ruined our experience. Now the owner has not been responding to either myself or booking.com in regards to a refund, so be aware of this as well.

방은 작더라도 침대 4개가 있었고, 거실도 있어서 숙소에서 가볍게 지인들과 같이 시간 보내기 좋았습니다.
침대 두개는 큰사이즈였는데 침대도 편안했고 작은 침대 사용한 지인들도 괜찮았다고 하더라구요
위치상 오쿠보역에서 도보로 5분 정도 걸린거 같고, 근처에 패밀리마트 세븐일레븐도 있어서 편의점 이용하기도 좋았습니다
한적한 주택가여서 조용하고 좋았어요!
신주쿠나 시부야 등 도심 부근으로 이용하실분들에겐 최적의 비용과 장소인거 같습니다!
호스트분도 응대가 빨랐어요!
1. 드라이기 : 일반적인 일본 숙소 드라이기보다 좋았으나 헤드 부분이 고정이 안되는게 아쉬웠어요
2. 욕실 : 샤워하는 부스가 너무 작아서 이부분이 조금 아쉬웠어요

First, the owner is awful. Not helpful at all.
I booked the stay from my saved hotels in booking on mistake, when I was in Tokyo.
5 min after booking, I notified the owner and asked for a free cancellation, or with a small fee.
He just told my he's sorry and did nothing.
I booked for 4 days, the first day, I obviously didn't use coz I was on my way from kyoto to Tokyo.
The second day, I arrived at the location, a dumpster would be a compliment!
The apt was disgusting, filthy.
I stayed for the night, to tierd to even look for a solution. The apt was cold as ice, the small a/c could barley heat it. And the insolation is non existent. Wind is getting it, from the door, from the windows, from the corners of the wall.
And the noise! It's like sleeping outside in the street. Even the outside smell got in easily
So after the first night, which I could barley sleep.
I booked other hotel. Left the key inside and never looked back.
I swear to God, I slept in road side motels, dorms, tent in the wild, I did 3 years in the army. I'm not spoiled or something.
But this apt broke me.

Bedden waren erg confortabel en de locatie is ideaal met een grote supermarkt achter het gebouw.
Hoofdkussen van de bedden zijn erg hoog. Was mooi geweest als er wat verschillende soorten kussens aanwezig waren geweest.

Overall, Wash room and apartment surface level was very much difference, even you can fall down very easily, same was balcony. Washroom was smelling, no proper maintenance was done, no proper check in information where apartment key is available, Wi-Fi information not pre- check In Shared. Even after 6 night and 7 days stayed, no bedsheet and towel was changed, bed sheet and towel was dirty. very bad management of such things. Even daily waste was also piled up 7 days, really horible.
The room was exactly what we needed for our trip. A good cozy place near the train station.
